Sonic Drive-in

I ordered a #3 that's a bacon double cheese burger. I got a single burger. That's not why I'm mad. I'm mad because i was charged for a double. This is happening more and more. I order the same thing once a week. Last week i was brought a chicken sandwich and had to drive clear back to sonic. My point being.......you should get what you pay for. I love sonic so lets get these orders right. Please ?????

They touch your food with no gloves nor have masks on then when you ask them to remake your food they explain they are not required by health department. This happened around 7pm 1/14/21. They said they will refund us not remake our food, the manager explained how wrong we are to ask that raised her voice and was very unprofessional multiple times then shoved teenage girls to handle the matter because she couldn’t. Maybe find a new manager so this doesn’t happen. She didn’t refund and the money pended for a week and was taken out I’ve called 3 times now to have this corrected, Bethany Tracy and Jesse could not get this figured out so I called corporate and they said I’ll be called back and will get ahold of owners. The health department has been called and reported to because it is ABSOLUTELY required to wear a masks and gloves when handling food. Very sad at this experience.

I usually go here for the icecream and mozzarella sticks which are always pretty good but this time I decided I wanted to actually eat here and man was that a mistake and a waste of $20...I ordered the sonic cheeseburger meal it was definitely not made fresh it was actually a cold sandwich that looked like someone took a bite out of my bread and my kids wanted the chicken slider meal one original and one spicy well my son said the spicy one was not spicy at all and they are over priced anyways I won't make the mistake of eating here again I'll just keep going for the mozzarella sticks and icecream... I guess if the food was halfway decent I wouldn't care about the overpriced menu

Everytime i go here. For the past 2 years...my order gets messed up. I never get what i want. I get a bacon eggntoaster instead of a BLT. I get ice when i don't want it. I get spoiled tea with no ice in it. I get tomato when i don't want it. Burnt onion rings. Slow service. So many more complaints. I stop going there. But then i want it and it's by the house. Then i think. Maybe this time they won't mess it up....but then they do! EVERYTIME!

Terrible. Just terrible. I ordered my son a plain burger wacky pack meal add cheese on the burger. (Learned I have to order like this to get no condiments on the burger.) It come out just plain. No cheese.. So I press the button and ask for cheese or a new burger and the lady tells me no.. I say Ahh what. She said I said no... Well argued with her for a minute or so how she was not gonna make it right that she is just to busy. Umm what. So press the button again and explain what happen and they say they will send it right out.. 4 to 5 minutes later.. No cheese or burger. So press the button again different girl this time and we explain again whats going on and she was like what... I will have someone right out with a slice of cheese and finally after 3 people my son got cheese for his burger.. Oh and should I mention that while talking to the second person we could hear employees screaming at each other.. Once again terrible place.
