Pizza Hut

Very disappointed. Ordered online with a scheduled time to pick up my order of wings and fries. I get there a few minutes early thinking it might just be coming out oven. Nope, this was not the case. I saw a couple of people walk by, but no one stopped to ask if I was needing anything. Finally someone shows up after my scheduled pickup time telling me it was not done yet, and it would still be a few minutes. 10 mins after my pickup time, they came upfront with 1/3 my order. The rest still wasn't done. 5 min. later it's done, finally. Get home, open my box of wings and it barely has any sauce. Thankfully I have a bottle of BBQ sauce at home. The wife and her garlic parm wings had to eat hers almost dry. Wont be picking up from them again, next time I'll just get delivery from someone else. Maybe I'll call Papa.

This is the worst experienced i had from this store i ordered at 5:25pm ordered my dinner box and large pizza the guy came at 6p.m., bring the dinner box but forget the large pizza , he said he was coming back from 15 to 20min. Never came, i called the store at 6:30 told me they were going to make my pizza and that was going to take 25 to 30 min , Wait and wait and nothing. Had to call AGAIN, at 7p.m. the Lady told me i had to wait again for the driver to come to get the pizza and didnt know how long it will take , by now its been 2 hours since i order, and not even an apologize is like if they dont care.

Hit or miss with this site. Have ordered for many years from here. Convenient to me for location. But biggest issue being how long it takes for delivery AND carry out. Alot of times with carry out, you wait as long a delivery. Usually a really busy location so I try not to be upset about that. Short staff especially at night.
