This is the best place to be at for every reason you could think of. The people are BEYOND nice, diligent, open-minded, professional, I mean I haven't found a reason to fault this place. If nothing is going on, they are maintaining a clean facility and ensuring things are prepped and ready to go for the next customer. I feel like a person and an individual E V E R Y single time I walk in there. They have everything I need with the beyond reasonable accommodations. They are a home away from home if not more for some of us who live...an alternative lifestyle. So thank you and I hope every single person involved there gets the recognition and compensation for all the hard work and heartfelt effort.

Ordered cookie crumble Frappuccino, took almost 45mins to pick the order as they are serving 10mins for each car and coffee is melted don’t even find Java chips and for Venti they gave a small straw. This is the worst experience I have ever faced with Starbucks location.

This place has really gone down hill!
I’m a Starbucks girl and now my order is always wrong!
Today I ordered a simple caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and this is what they gave me. I asked “wheres the caramel drizzle?” And they said they were OUT! Why didn’t they tell me this when I ordered it?
I would have got something else if I known they were out of the caramel for the caramel Frappuccino. Really upset with this dumb over $6.00 drink that taste like nothing.
They definitely need better staff!

I stop by a few times a week and my drink always tastes different. They need to work on procedures and consistency. Aren't as up beat with that ⭐ bucks attitude like every other location.

No complaints with this location. Despite being in sort of the "armpit" of Independence, the staff is very friendly and professional. The location is well staffed and the products are of good quality. What more could you ask for?
