Big Biscuit

When traveling, you never know what you are going to get a restaurant. The first indication that this would be good was the parking lot is full at 8:30 on. Friday. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Friendly staff makes you feel welcome. If you are on a diet, good luck. The portions are large and the food is delicious. If I lived here, this would be my regular breakfast restaurant.

I wanted to try a new breakfast spot and found this place. I opted for the 3 car pileup which with tax I think was around 20 dollars. The amount of food I got was insane I could only finish half of it. My server was very pleasant even when she got busy with a big table seated next to me. Other than Waffle House this will definitely be a go to spot for me for breakfast whenever I am in the KC area. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I had the meal that was put together on behalf of the dude from diners drive ins and dives. It’s about 16 bucks. The quantity was great. Things that weren’t great. -How hard my biscuit was -undercooked hashbrowns that had 0 crunch -the weirdly low amount of gravy given how much of everything else they give you. Not horrible but not worth 16 bucks

This place was great even though they were very busy they got a seat and quickly and the customer service was amazing!! This was my second time visiting them for me and first time for my fiance, either way we really enjoyed ourselves and the leftovers fed us all day!! For as much food as they give you it's definitely reasonably priced overall five stars 🤩 winning!!!

Always excellent service and absolutely amazing food. After years of eating this establishment yesterday I took my wife to breakfast and it was by far our worst experience, I always order the titanic hold the green peppers because they tear me up with heartburn and it came to the table super packed with green peppers, my wife ordered the Kansas City with hash browns and a biscuit and they forgot her butter and by the time she got it biscuit was as cold as the butter, I ordered a milk with my food and didn't get it until I was half done eating and when I did get it it was spoiled. The waitress absent minded either trying to go to fast or trying to do to much, either way it was probably my only and most horrible experience at the big biscuit. I'll drive the extra distance and try another one before I experience that again. I always post pics and have 700 and 800 views on some and for the most part it's been absolutely fantastic but yesterday morning was a nightmare. The waitress did take off half of the bill and said the manager was gonna come talk to us but we never seen a manager. We paid and left. I don't know if it's lack of employees or to often changing employees but when you get used to a certain type of service and experience this type of service you tend to lose interest in returning.
