Dunkin'

I used my app to order a grilled tomatoes pesto and it wasn't grilled so I asked for my money back. Unfortunately for me the way my app is set up they couldn't give me my money back. I asked them to put it on a gift card and they said they couldn't A STORE GIFT CARD and they wouldn't had to go back the same way I purchased it.

The staff was very young but surprising friendly and professional. They took my order quickly without a single mistake with a full lobby and a drive thru line that seemed to go all the way around the building. They didn't miss a beet and handled everything in go time without a single complaint that I noticed... Good job!!

Got a hazelnut frozen coffee which was really good, a few donuts for the family... I was really looking forward to trying their blueberry refresher but they were sadly out with it being so late in the day. The staff was pleasant even while being busy. Looking forward to visiting again to try out their drinks.

So as I'm there I decide to get a donut. I'm looking and there's ants or fruit flies, whatever, just crawling all over all these donuts. I'm talking like 3-5 per donut just chillin' no cares in the world. & I tell tell the chick & her only response is "those aren't ants, they're flies" ??! Then literally acted as if I never said anything & she never saw them. 😳😳😳 Guys. I would not order from dunkin in ilion if I were you, unless you're into that sort of thing. Beyond disgusting. 🤢🤢🤢 AND THE RESPONSE! THEY JUST KEPT SELLING THEM!!!
