Flat Iron Pizza

Haven't eaten here in years, but vaguely remember really digging the style of pizza they make. Husband requested this specific sauce on top style and I thought "Why not?" Let me tell you...so glad we ordered from here! We got a double cheese and homemade sausage. It was delivered perfectly on time and was so yummy! Crust was nice and crisp and the sauce had really good flavor. That layer of sausage under the cheese was delicious! Will likely be ordering from here again when we want a good "upside down " pizza.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I wanted to try somewhere different for dinner tonight and we ordered a mushroom and cheese pizza and got an upside down one. Now I understand if that’s the way you do things but if someone is calling in an order you should probably state this is what you do. Not everyone has ordered from your place or familiar with your pizza’s. When we called back to get something different we had a very rude person say “this is what we do I don’t know what to tell you” Extremely poor customer service and we requested a refund but was told you don’t give refunds. Do I have to leave a poor review to receive one?

Honestly, it's lacking. I used to be quite fond of this buisness. The service is lackadaisical at best and often takes over an hour to receive. The food has declined and I find the only thing that keeps me coming back are the french fries covered in gravy. The owner is very pleasant, but the restaurant is quite often chilly. So basically, if you are looking for meh food and have the patience of a saint, their prices are fair. (Answer to question below) We ordered the food at about 4 pm, I arrived at 430 and unfortunately it wasn't ready yet. They seemed like it was pretty slow but I don't know what you had going out for delivery that day so it's hard to say. I didn't receive the food until almost 515. The food was good (as far as I'm concerned.. but I just had french fries with gravy. ) My bfs sandwich was all over the place, he said it had a wonderful taste so there's that. That was actually the whole point of picking up, we knew you guys tend to run behind in delivery so wr figured we would cut out the middle man. Unfortunately, that didn't help.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN... 4 HOURS LATER AND REPLACEMENT NOT RECEIVED FOR AN ITEM CLEARLY MESSED UP ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE ORDERED. GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS BEYOND RUDE AND YES I GOT RUDE ONLY AFTER HE A.) TRIED TALKING OVER ME B.) GAVE A POOR EXCUSE AS TO WHY MY REPLACEMENT WASNT DELIVERED..I TOLD HIM SOME CHOICE WORDS AND HE THEN ESCALATED AND YELLED BACK OVER THE PHONE AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I NEEDED TO SEEK COUNSELING AND SLEEP ON THE FACT THAT THE SUB DID NOT HAVE LETTUCE... FOH SMH!

After I told the very absent owner about this being the second time my order was messed up, he asked me "Why do you keep ordering from a place that messes up your orders?" Thank you for the "wakeup" call Bob! 😂 Don't waste your money here. The owner is never there anymore and doesn't take responsibility for his business & its mistakes.
