The staff is a little slow. However, this may be due to old equipment as this location is over 10 years old. It used to also be a different take that served two kids of fast food. The food was great and they keep the dinning area very clean. They also accommodated a famous bowl and made it vegetarian friendly without making me feel like I asked for extra work on their part. The staff is amazing I just wish they would give this location some love. Like a new coat of paint or new decor. The staff totally deserves it.

I came to buy chicken today at about 7:55 p.m. they were out of crispy chicken, and the cashier said the water was down and she could not give me a courtesy cup of water. Mind you it is about 95 degrees outside today and water is essential. She was snappy and had an attitude I went through the drive-thru. Also I did not get a receipt.

They have the worst customer service.The so called manager is rude. There hands touch the food . The kitchen has items on the floor. Higher up is needed because they are willing to sit and argue with customers . No one smiles , no one greets the customer, no one seems to clean . They all seem to have a attitude . I hope in the future this store is able to bring back the good customer service and understand the importance of the business and how your energy and body language can tell it all.Good customer service is key guys . Should have refunded my whole order . But I know for next time just left your store

This used to be our go to spot for a quick dinner, now we try to actively avoid it. Ever since a change in management, service has declined, accuracy in orders is non-existent, and some staff members have short patience (which is the wrong profession to have low patience). I wish the old manager would return as he really operated with the customer being #1 and ensure the food and service made you want to dine there.

Staff is unresponsive and unprofessional. There were no straws or ice available at self serve fountain. We ate in and for the next 30 mins. every customer had to ask for ice and straws from the workers behind the counter. The wait for original recipe was 15 minutes and other recipes had limited parts. Been going here for years and now I wonder if I'd return anytime soon.

Best customer service I've had in awhile. I went to another location and was told there was no grilled chicken because they closed in two hours. I went to this location and was told that there were not enough grilled pieces because they were closing in 40 minutes but if I was willing to wait they would make a bucket for me. I was given complimentary iced tea while I waited and the staff were all very friendly even though it was closing time. In fact the lobby was already closed. I received hot fresh delicious food with a smile and the manager as well as the young man at the drive thru were very pleasant and courteous. This was the location near Queens chapel and Chillum near Aldi. I will drive the extra mile to shop this location!

Last week I went there And sometimes there fast or slow. One time me and my mom went there and there was this one employee that made us what wait for 5 hours. And also I asked him could he give me a sweet tea lemonade mix and he told my that he couldn't then my mom told my that he was to lazy to do it . And I Believed her. But they should really shut that place down. And also one time I got there food and there was a dead rat in the chicken Box
