Very disappointed in at least 2 employees at this location it all started when I asked for something as simple as a little mustard to dip my pretzels in well I got immediate attitude saying we can't just give you mustard I kindly asked why he said the managers told them not to like it was gold or a refund I was like I just need a little he said no of course so I did without the pretzels so my stepson ordered a burger without mustard cause he hated the stuff and rest assured when we got the burger it was so smothered in mustard you couldn't even see the burger or cheese my guess this was funny to them they forgot one of our blizzards then acted like we were lying and hiding it somewhere. Because we asked them to fix the burger again. By that time it was time to close so they pretty much pushed us out the restaurant. I love DQ but we will not be back unless a good manager contacts us back and fixes this issue after we spent nearly 40 bucks wish I had the pics of the burger

This DQ is garbage. 7 dollars for a chicken strip basket and the strips were no bigger than nuggets. Fries were soggy and cold. Employees are rushed and rude, and you’ll wait 45 minutes in line. I don’t blame the workers for the portion sizes or prices, but corporate DQ really needs to get their stuff together and start producing better quality if they wanna charge so much.
