L&r Bbq

We had lunch today at L & R Barbecue in Hurricane. It was delicious! We tried their wings, pulled pork, mac-n- cheese, beans and hotdogs. It did not disappoint. With their military themed decor, pleasant staff, fast service and delicious food, I would HIGHLY recommend. P. S. their sweet tea is perfection and don't forget to grab one of their homemade desserts for the road.

If you love BBQ, you must come to this place. I got the pork and mac & cheese, and the pork is so tender and so flavorful. Perfectly cooked meat. I’m assuming they make their own homemade barbecue sauce, and it is so very good. I like it almost as much as sweet baby rays. The only things I don’t like, they don’t give you enough sauce. However I got the barbecue plate and that might not be something that applies to a sandwich. Also an extra barbecue sauce cup is only $.50, so it’s not a big deal. The other thing is the mac & cheese, it’s OK. My only real problem with your mac & cheese is it needs salt. Once you add salt it’s actually pretty good.

I haven’t been here in a while and in my way home today I saw the smoker going. Stopped in for the pulled pork family pack dealio and 1 pound of brisket. It was absolutely AMAZING. staff was so nice so I tipped them $10! I’m poor af too so that was a lot. Jokes aside this was so tasty. I will be going back more often now. Food was 10 out of 10
