Dunkin'

We went in on 03/19/2022, sometime in the morning. The person attending us has a horrible attitude. I try to understand when people have a bad day but when you act like the customer and your job is the problem in your life I tend to lose the reflection. Anyway, she was short, rude, and didn’t listen to my order. The coffee was wrong. Since there were no labels on the donuts I wasn’t sure what I was ordering when it came to the donuts. I couldn’t ask her because all she did was roll her eyes.

I usually come to Dunkin multiple times a week. On 5/30/22 I placed a mobile order, when I went to pick it up. One of my drinks were made wrong, when I told them and even provided my mobile order receipt of what I was supposed to get. The employee started yelling, cussing, and arguing with me saying I didn’t know how to order and etc. and I clearly showed her what I have order versus the drink she gave me. I order an ice latte and she gave me an ice coffee. I don’t know but arguing with customers when their trying to show you. That you made a mistake instead of fixing your mistake don’t set well with me .

normally never have a problem usually always friendly but the guy who served me today was so rude he explained they didn’t have the brown sugar oat milk latte so i simply asked for just a oat milk latte with french vanilla and he got very upset and said “we don’t have brown sugar” and then gave me a dirty look for ordering a single donut with my drink
