The "breakfast food" was great.... the Place got very busy It was the night of the local parade.... so it filled up fast, we arrived before the crowds... So the staff was not prepared for the crowd... Everyone was hopping!
We had the best waitress, wish I voukx remember her name. I want to say Diane but not sure. Food was good. The waitress was a person that made you feel, yes I will be back.

I treated myself to breakfast today at the Atascocita location. The food was excellent and the service was even better. My server was Kevin and he was terrific. He anticipated my needs, kept my coffee filled and served my food without delay. Very satisfied. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
One star review: This is a review on curbside pickup only. I have never had issues when dining in.
This is my first time using curbside here. I followed the instructions on the website, got there when I was supposed to (a little early), parked where I was supposed to park, and had given a description of my vehicle when I placed the order. No one ever came out with my order. I finally called the restaurant and it took several minutes to find my order. I asked the young lady who finally brought out my order what the delay was. She said they were waiting for me to call to let them know I was there. I informed her that the website asks for a vehicle description but does not specify to call. Other curbside pickups I have used have a telephone number on the parking sign but Denny's did not.
Probably as a result of the delay, the food was only luckwarm, plus the special instructions were not followed (the bacon was limp instead of crispy and the extra gravy was missing).
Very disappointing.
We've been here many times, but tonight was the best. Dallas waited on us and his fun attitude was contagious. Ronald, the night manager was making sure all food came out quickly and correctly. Complete 180 from the last time we came. Great job Dennys! BTW, the new stuffed French toast is amazing! Highly recommend!!!
Phenomenal!! That is what tonight was!! Anton provided the best service we have ever received anywhere!! The restaurant was very clean and the food and service were impeccable…definitely second to none. I highly recommend stopping by and be sure to ask for Anton if you want the best!!
We have been coming here for several months late at night and it is quiet, fast, and the food is good. Our waitress has been super sweet and the other waiters support and help each other out when needed.
The new manager Ronald is very nice and was even out there cleaning the tables and helping the waiters wherever was needed and making sure the cook had what she needed and even offered her water.
I enjoyed the fast and courteous service. The food was hot and tasty. I was asked where I would be most comfortable and seated in a booth at one visit and at the bar another. It was my choice and I observed the cleanliness in both areas that really impressed me. This was the Splendora and Porter locations. Stop by and enjoy a hot & tasty meal!
Denny’s has an updated menu!
All the favorites are here plus a half dozen or so new dishes. Dad got the new lasagna dish —> heads up: it can take 17-30 minutes and the menu suggests calling ahead whenever you plan to order it. He liked it but some of the noodle edge was over cooked and too tough for him.
I got the new dish “Spicy Moons Over My Hammy” and it was fantastic.
Service was excellent! Ask for Lameika when you come - she’s amazing!
This is one of our favorite spots! We've been coming for years and keep returning mainly due to Darla. She is exceptional in her customer service! She takes care of all our crazy requests with a smile. She makes great suggestions when I can't decide. More than just being a customer, coming to Denny's and having Darla serve us is like visiting a friend. She makes us feel welcome and always goes above and beyond making sure our experience is a great one!
For your all day breakfast fans... I suggest the Build Your Own Grand Slam if you can't make up your mind. Want all carbs, all meat or a nice mix of both... have it your way! You only live once. 😉
Took my mom to enjoy a spur-of-the-moment breakfast when in town and enjoyed it. Our waitress never left us looking around and food was good! When leaving we even saw bus boy running out to ask if we left a phone and chasing other customers in parking to make sure they didn't get too far!
Good food, good prices
Edit: every time I go I'm expecting so-so/good food, but honestly, every thing I try is way better than I expected!! My newest favorite is the Nashville chicken sandwich, WOW!! I can definitely tell you that this one beats most other fancy/expensive restaurants and blows fast food away! So next time your looking for something/somewhere different, give them a try!
Usually I go late-night for omelets 😊 they are great! For your potato option I suggest the red skin ones, I'm not a fan of their hash browns or ff, their onion rings are great and DEFINITELY try a milkshake!
Had the BYO Grand Slam (my usual) and it was quick and great.
Best part was seeing our long time friend, Darla, and being her guest for the visit. Nobody takes care of us better! Been a solid reason for our return, time after time, for years.
