Bruegger's Bagels

Always love their bagels and flavored cream cheeses. Only open until 2P though... and they seem to start shutting equipment down here around 1. Or, at least, that's what happened last time I was there and they couldn't make a hot hash brown because the ovens had been turned off. So make sure to get there before 1P if you want more than bagels.

My wife and I were very poorly treated. My wife has a service dog and on entering we were told dogs are not allowed, we explained he is a service dog and the lady at the register said ok. 30 seconds later, the manager comes out and tells us again, they can't have dogs. We say oh, yeah he's a service dog. Then she says "where's his vest do you have his vest?" This is not how ADA guidelines go. My wife and I have received proper training at our jobs so we know this! I went to the car to get his vest and the manager said "bye guys!" loudly. Harassing me and my wife for her disability!! I returned with his vest and we *were* served but we received *no apology* and only cold stares from the staff. This is a horrible way to treat disabled people! Please tell corporate they need to do better with ADA training before someone sues you all.

I've been going to this location for several years only because it's so close... Yet the staff has been consistently rude, before covid, and even during covid. Additionally, they've made mistakes in over charging and they've up-charged several times. Yes, that 2nd egg on your bagel is an extra charge. I'm finding another place for my bagels!
