Awesome, fast and excellent service! The lady in the drive through went above and beyond to make sure our order was ready fast even though we ordered 6 meals.

Awesome experience overall! Staff was very friendly and food was good. The drink I wanted ran out while I was filling my cup, which is understandable because it just needs to be refilled. I asked the cashier if she could refill from the back and she did!

I had a great experience at this location and the customer service is phenomenal. Came in Christmas day and the line was so long and didn't seem to ever end. Hardworking people that made my food fast and hot. Awesome job 👍🏿

Went in this morning for a all meat burrito and an ice coffee. Im pregnant and hungry 😂 so The cook did an amazing job with the food. So props to them. The drive thru people were kind and nice so customer satisfaction was on the top of the list. Just thank y’all for working and enjoying life !

The young man in the drive-thru today 07/26/22 @ 6:00 window was the most polite young man I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant! Excellent service

My food was ready fast , but the cashier let watching how many packs of condiments I was putting in my bag. When she turned to get my buttermilk sauce she placed them in the bag & quickly peered into my bag to as if she was keeping tabs on how many condiments I took. That was so belittling I've never been so humiliated, don't know if I'll hit this particular JACKS up again 🤔

OMG yess they help you with what ever order you give them.. So i wanted a strawberry cheese cake milkshake ... And they made it for me :D sonics new cheese cake cant touch. Jack in the box .. Solely because of there coustomer service!!
