I usually place orders online, they are phenomenal, even with a long line that wraps around the building. They have a sense of urgency. I usually wait no more than 5 minutes and I'm in and out, My go to place for my iced coffee. The service there is amazing and overall one of the best McDonald's locations I've visited in the Houston area. Shout out to the team for an amazing job.
This is not a McDonald's location that I normally visit, so I wasn't aware their second speaker was a generic welcoming message. Seemed to me I was placing an order, or so I thought.
When I got to the payment window, there was some confusion, and I suppose the servers thought I was upset, which I was not, I had driven from an hour north for business and just wanted to get back home.
I didn't get the manager's name, but he worked Mon evening and was extremely accommodating, gave me my drink for free!! Thanks.
I was coming in from a long flight and was really hungry, ordered on the app and got my food through the drive-thru. The service was awesome, the young man at the "payment" window was really nice and courteous, the food was really good and fresh, plus crispy fries with the exact amount of salt.
The drive throu was good food was ok but man the service was horrible all I can say if you don't like ur job go somewhere else cause it took everything no to tell them off when the threw my change out the window and when the Clown threw my food in the car
Normal food from mcdonals brand. Service time varies with each visit but eating in or drive through get fastest service. Service is polite. You may overhear conversations between staff if you show up when slow
I took me forever to make and bring my food out, I was almost at the point of refusing the food and requests my total refund. I have to think about it, that in the end, it is going to be my loss.
I passed by for breakfast here and they had no line it was really fast. I ordered an iced coffee which was delicious 👌 and it came out for free since they’re having amazing deals on the app this month
The cashier at the window Todd is super AMAZING and has AWESOME customers service always has a smile on his face.
Did a mobile order for sodas and maybe some fries. I thought I ordered 3 sodas but instead I only ordered 2. Didn't realize it till guy at window #2 handed me 2 sodas. I told him I ordered 3 sodas and he told me no just 2 so I checked my receipt and yep I only ordered 2. He actually gave me the third soda for free. For that I'm giving them the 5 stars. Awesome customer service 👏
I really like this location. They have THE BEST sweet tea. I mean it's always perfect to me. Only downside is it's always busy. Line is normally mad long but this morning it was so nice to just pull up and order on my way to work.
