First time to eat there. Upon arrival we had a seating issue, the staff addressed it quickly and with good grace. The floor manager throughout the night checked on us and ensured we were enjoying ourselves and our dinner. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu and wine list. Overall the staff was great. We enjoyed our appetizers, entree's, and desserts. We will definitely go back. Great restaurant.
My husband and I came for a birthday dinner with friends here during Houston Restaurant Week.
Our starters:
- Caesar salad | He loved it. We both love a good caesar salad and this was caesaring!
- Calamari (up charge) | Big portion and love the mix of the peppers as well.
Entree:
- Delmonico 16 oz (up charge) | Worth the upcharge. Please get this. Please lol
- Salmon 10 oz | Great option. I had it because i’ve been crazy salmon and it was cooked and seasoned well.
Al la carte sides (not included in restaurant week):
- Cream spinach | Very creamy. My order.
- Mac & Cheese | Highly recommend.
- Fries | They were good but not worth it. They were like big spuds with parm on top.
All huge portion ^^
Dessert:
- Chocolate Cake | If you enjoy dark chocolate, so good. If you are not a chocolate fan, do not get.
- Sherbet | Very good
After our experience last night, my husband and I are adding this restaurant to our “date night/ celebration list”.

Food: PHENOMENAL!
i got the lamb chops and they where savoring! My son didn’t even speak as he enjoyed his chicken! My boyfriend enjoyed his meal as well, barely sharing with us (lol).
The sides where delicious, by far the one my tastebuds enjoyed the most was the creamed corn! Can we get seconds please!
Service: Jared our server was very professional, cordial, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. he recommended the creamed corn.
We arrived 15min early prior to opening, unfortunately the valet did not immediately meet us to exchange keys. He did verbalize we where in the business prior to opening. After speaking to him, he went ahead and parked our vehicle. We stood in the bar area/waiting station for like 10 min prior to getting acknowledged (reason why i put 4 stars in service). But after, Jared our server made it a top notch experience.
Atmosphere: Oh the beauty of this place is undeniable. The beautiful red chairs with black decor. it’s like I was walking on a Christian Louboutini atmosphere. The cute little lamps gave a wonderful and romantic ambiance.
overall, a great experience (minus the initial encounter).
I went here with my sister for her birthday and we really enjoyed it. We did not have a reservation but we went around the time they opened on a weekday. The manager was nice and we were able to dine quickly with no wait. Our server was very nice; he recommended the deviled eggs. I don’t really like deviled eggs but theirs are delicious. This is a great place to go for a date or special occasion.
Just an awesome experience from top to bottom. Drinks were stellar. The sautéed Shrimp and the Baked Oysters were insane. I had the porterhouse with lobster and shrimp with truffle butter… SO GOOD! Not to mention our server Big Jess (Jessica) was the best server I’ve ever had. She was fun and gave great recommendations. I went in expecting this to be a 4 star place and came out just wowed by the whole experience. By far my favorite steakhouse in Houston.
First off…. I judged the texture of the Rockefeller oysters, then I tasted them… best damn Rockefeller Oysters I have ever had. The sides were phenomenal. I loved my rare steak, however it seemed slightly more rare than usual. Flavor was amazing. Lamb was exquisite. Kevin was a great server. Had fun with us and very knowledgeable.
Table for 8. Not an ideal table location or setup, but they don't seem to have many options for larger groups. Despite that, service was very good. Deviled eggs were excellent. I had 8oz filet, medium rare, which is the cut I have first in every new steakhouse. Excellent prep and flavor. Served on a scorching hot plate, so it stayed hot/warm throughout my meal. I would definitely return with no more than three others in my party.
Delish! Huge tasty steaks, great service, I had the foie gras it was amazing and the tar tar was delish but could use a little something.
We came here to celebrate our 12 yrs of marriage & 20 years together. They made us feel so special! From walking in, the food, vibes & top service we absolutely loved our special night!
Waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was superb. Absolutely loved the baked oyster spedini and steaks were perfect. Can't wait until our next visit. Also the red velvet tres Leche was to die for.
