This Wendy's off of Ella has good service thur the drive thur, they move the lines pretty well. The is fresher than the other Wendys off fm1960 near sterner airline

Mgr Daniel is by far the absolute most professional kind patient & helping worker this location has ever had. He is calm under pressure & gets the job done RIGHT! GIVE HIM A REAL RAISE. this WENDYS CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE THIS ONE, THE OTHERS HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE.

The gentleman who took my order, who I assume was the manager because he was in a collared shirt, put this entire establishment on his back. I was impressed by his professionalism, hustle, and commitment to great customer service.

I just came through the drive through 7/14/23 around 12:34 & I just have to comment on the General Manager. He was doing the damn thing! Encouraging his staff, relaying orders making sure they’re right, directing the food to go out the window or to the in-store customers.. I sat there for a minute in awe!! He’s awesome!

I was tired and looking for something quick. The lady greeted me at the counter and was one of the most gracious hosts I've come across in a long time. I was eating in a hurry when I suddenly realized that the food had been excellently prepared. Fries crispy, nuggets crunchy and the burger was topped well.

I had a frosty at Wendy's the service was fast! I did not have to wait long the Manager Daniel was very friendly and courteous.
I give Daniel a thumbs up and a five star.

I understand that they are short staffed and service was still great, however..the wait for food in drive-thru was long and the dining room was closed at this location. I feel bad for the employees doing their best while short on help. I'd do 5 stars but I'll save that for when they up and running back 100%. Until then, they're an outstanding job trying to cater to the many with very few assistance. Keep up the great work!
