Don’t make any judgments based on drive thru. I ate here once before, and the drive-through speaker was broken and a snippy attendant took my order.
Had a veggie sub and that was good, so decided to go back.
This time went inside and had a turkey bacon avocado and it was delicious.
Everyone was very kind.
The young lady at the counter is a treasure! Bright smile, great personality and amazing customer service, she's a 10 out of 10! We had the Philly, it was good, not great, not amazing but good and for the price it'll do. The meat had no flavor and the onions could've used a few more minutes on the grill in my opinion but I wouldn't turn my nose up at another one! Over all it was a good meal with great service. We had the Club and the Cheesesteak. Delicious. The cookies were good and the iced tea was great. The owner was awesome.
While visiting Houston, we were looking for a quick bite to eat and found this sandwich shop. The staff was friendly, service was great, and I loved the food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good/quick lunch or dinner.

Les, the night manager, is amazing at his job! This man deserves every promotion that comes to him. He stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing to prepare our order. Everything was delicious and correct.
We live for a good sandwich, Lenny's has leaped over subway. If I can't not get a Lenny's sandwich, I'll make it myself.
I got a turkey bacon avocado 5" sub on whole wheat bread. It was healthy and delicious. The waiter was very patient and helpful on deciding what to eat. His name was Le_Te very friendly. Thanks for great service at a very reasonable price.
Came in on a rainy day and was the only one there. The man at the cash register greeted me and it being my first time I wasn’t sure what to get. Thankfully I had a coupon from the mail, but he said he thought it was expired because the bottom of the paper was ripped. He still accepted it and asked what I’d like. After a quick look over their favorite subs I got a classic. He asked the size and then if I’d like it all the way, of course I would! The second sandwich (because it was a coupon for buy one get one 99¢ was an Italian. He asked the size for that and bread and all the way. At the end of the transaction he tried scanning the coupon and it wasn’t scanning due to it being ripped. Without saying anything about it, he entered into the system and gave me the discount. Was impressed with the way he treated me for me not having a proper coupon.
Was on point! I love me some Lenny's and this location took care of me. I got my money worth here. I will definitely be here two to three times a month🤣
