Good service but burgers quite small for the prices. Windows and doors very dirty.
Give the lady that work at the 9:55 shift a raise. Really great attitude. Made my coffee 10x better

Decent and open late at night. Forgot my bacon on the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. They were nice while waiting on us at 1:30 AM

It was very busy today around lunch time, but the young man with red hair (I believe his name was Kam) took care of my family and I with a smile on his face, and made sure our fries were fresh and hot. Amidst the rush, he did very well keeping his composure and kindness. Pay that man more. I will be returning to this location.
They probably need to hire some more people. The workers really look stressed and over-worked when not facing a customer.
Alternatively, close the lobby down and only do drive thru, which would wind up improving overall times. Im postive having to run back and forth between the front end, and the drive thru, is extremely ineffective/exhausting. Makes your store look unmanaged and chaotic. Its asinine to expect a 3 man crew to feed the houston area on lunch rush with the lobby and drive thru both getting slammed.
Having the store open without proper staffing must be quite enraging for the workers who DO show up and have to run multiple stations. Hopefully you guys get some more people working soon to ensure speed and service.
Wonderful staff, and wonderful food. I have never had a dine-in order look like this one. The tacos were very fluffy, and pretty. They were cooked really well, and set up well also. My curly fries were also good. They were not overly greasy or anything. The staff was really nice, and attentive. The interior of the place was sort of messy, as was the bathroom, which was out of paper towels for your hands. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The lines are long, and the attitude is strong, regardless this place always slaps. Unlike other locations they never BS at night talking about "we cant take orders rn because of xyz. "
It may not be the cleanest or in the most upscale area but by far has the best employee at the drive through window. Southern charm, with the most positive attitude. If you are in the area I suggest you visit. The food is you standard Jack in the Box food.

I like this Jack in the Box. The employees are more than just competent; they are friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh tasting and warm.
But I only go for the tacos. 🌮🌮Don’t get me wrong, I order other things, but I ALWAYS get the 2 tacos. The Sourdough Jack is my favorite non-taco menu item.
