It was very busy today around lunch time, but the young man with red hair (I believe his name was Kam) took care of my family and I with a smile on his face, and made sure our fries were fresh and hot. Amidst the rush, he did very well keeping his composure and kindness. Pay that man more. I will be returning to this location.
They probably need to hire some more people. The workers really look stressed and over-worked when not facing a customer.
Alternatively, close the lobby down and only do drive thru, which would wind up improving overall times. Im postive having to run back and forth between the front end, and the drive thru, is extremely ineffective/exhausting. Makes your store look unmanaged and chaotic. Its asinine to expect a 3 man crew to feed the houston area on lunch rush with the lobby and drive thru both getting slammed.
Having the store open without proper staffing must be quite enraging for the workers who DO show up and have to run multiple stations. Hopefully you guys get some more people working soon to ensure speed and service.

Wonderful staff, and wonderful food. I have never had a dine-in order look like this one. The tacos were very fluffy, and pretty. They were cooked really well, and set up well also. My curly fries were also good. They were not overly greasy or anything. The staff was really nice, and attentive. The interior of the place was sort of messy, as was the bathroom, which was out of paper towels for your hands. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The lines are long, and the attitude is strong, regardless this place always slaps. Unlike other locations they never BS at night talking about "we cant take orders rn because of xyz. "

It may not be the cleanest or in the most upscale area but by far has the best employee at the drive through window. Southern charm, with the most positive attitude. If you are in the area I suggest you visit. The food is you standard Jack in the Box food.

I like this Jack in the Box. The employees are more than just competent; they are friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh tasting and warm.
But I only go for the tacos. 🌮🌮Don’t get me wrong, I order other things, but I ALWAYS get the 2 tacos. The Sourdough Jack is my favorite non-taco menu item.

Arrived at 4:45 am to the drive thru to no response. I pull up to the window to find a sign that says "drive 24 hours" and a woman looking out the window shaking her head "no".
If she doesn't want to work, she doesn't deserve a job.

Horrible service during a late-night pregnancy craving trip. When the item number ordered didn't match the item shown on the order display, and my wife tried to tell me such, our drive-thru attendant loudly sighed, "Oh my god" on her microphone. The fun escalated as I told her we weren't finished ordering, and all I received was radio silence. I told her that I was ready whenever she was, to which she replied, "I'm waiting on you." I told her that I was sorry, but her sigh was quite audible, and that we felt like we were bothering her. Her reaction was to literally shout at us, "Are you going to order or not?" We told her not anymore.
When we approached the window, we asked the gentleman taking payment for the name of the employee taking orders, and the phone number to which we could make a complaint. He apologized (which was appreciated), but then began making excuses for her behavior by telling us that she needed to move the line along before their system restarted. I told him that no matter what, getting shouted at over the PA gets one pissed off. He continued apologizing without actually supplying us the drive-thru attendant's name nor a phone number for customer service. My wife and I returned home hungry and mad. We definitely won't be returning to this location again.
