They did not have any bread made only two flavors. They had more wheat than Italian so she tried to push the wheat bread but I did not want it. Had an attitude after that while making my sandwich. If she did not like her job she does not have to work there. She rolled her eyes at my serval times. I don’t care if she was not wearing a mask but she should understand that customer can see her face and the exasperation’s. Worst subway I have been too

Walked in and store says open but nobody was inside. There was a gentleman waiting before me, he said he believed no one is there. I waited, called, waited, knocked on employee door, peaked in door and nobody was there. You may want to send someone to lock up the store.

Flew in yesterday, decided to grab some subway. To my surprise the establishment was very clean! But after already a long trip I received my food, and asked if they did military discount which they stated they did, but the employee also said she didn’t know how to do so no which was ok. I receive my two meals and headed to my hotel only to realize I did not receive my drinks. Called 4 times with no answer. Even called other subways to ensure It wasn’t my phone and to my surprise they answered. Came by today and was told phone was not working, so I called while in store and of course “Ring ring ring”. Long night and honestly I don’t even know if even received a reciept. I was told, even though they remembered me, it was nothing they could do. Honestly I always thought customer service was the main priority, employee even called store manager and after explaining nothing. I hope the manager understands that it isn’t the $5 that matters but the customer service that matters most.

made an order through the subway app for my meal to be delivered from this location to my place of work, and it never arrived. i even stayed an hour after my shift just to get my food, and it never came. even in the subway app it still says they are preparing it. as of now my food is nearly 72 hours late and im about 15 bucks out of pocket for literally nothing. garbage excuse for a sandwich shop.

Placed an online order for pickup the other day for lunch. I got there and the lady there said they don’t service online orders. Then why is it offered online!!??? I left. I only have a certain amount of time for lunch and to get there and not have my order ready just took time out of my day! To make matters worst, subway only has customer service through email because of Covid.

Great customer service. They greeted me as I enter subway restaurant, the service was fast and everything is fresh. Employees deserve a raise everything is clean and always making sure the restaurant is clean and cleaning and washing hand as soon as they start another sandwich. Everything in the store is PERFECT the two employees were so outstanding and felt like home. Thank you subway employees
