Pho Le

I can't recommend Pho Le highly enough! In addition to delicious food and crazy fast service, the customer service here is absolutely exceptional. They know our orders without us having to say a thing except confirming when they ask us if thats what we want. There are so many reasons that we've been regulars for years :)

Great customer service! I called ahead to put my order in, the lady on the phone was very polite and bubbly sounding. I ordered p1 & p2 on the menu.. said it be 15 mins. (I literally got there in 5 minutes but was happy to wait inside) The moment I walked in, the lady behind the counter greeted me. I sat down and waited 5 minutes and everything was all packed and ready. Super fast and efficient! As I was paying, the lady asked “Is it your day off?” :) idk why but that made my day.. so personable! I just moved out here to Houston and feel so lucky to find a humble pho joint less than 5 mins from home. This restaurant is owned by two sisters and she told me they’re from Vietnam!! You just know it’s going to me delicious! The broth is very flavorful and light. You can taste the aroma of star anis, cloves, ginger, cinnamon.. I appreciate the effort of them packing everything nicely and separate. No complaints here.. I just wish I ordered some beef balls on the side and more rice noodles!
