I want to share my recent experience with my order on September 21, 2023, which I placed for curbside pickup. The young gentleman who came to my car was Kenneth, and I must say he left an incredibly positive impression. Kenneth was not only respectful and courteous but also displayed a high level of professionalism, especially given the busy environment of a fast-paced place with Texas heat doing curbside. Despite the environment , he remained composed and even took the extra step to ask if there was anything more he could assist with. What really stood out to me was when he thanked me for being his guest; it was a first for me when interacting with a McDonald's employee. Great job, Kenny!
The food is typically fresh, but what beats the food are the customer service workers. They're ALWAYS polite & make it a great experience each time. I appreciate y'all, especially Ronald, Arden, & Ms. Beverly!
Ordered hot fudge sundae and iced coffee. Asked for a pack of peanuts for the sundae and 3 people looked at me like I had just asked for World Peace. No one knew what I was asking for, nor did I receive a straw for the iced coffee.
As always McDonald's is the champion of the poooor..you can feed a family without hurting your wallet🙂🙃😉
