I want to share my recent experience with my order on September 21, 2023, which I placed for curbside pickup. The young gentleman who came to my car was Kenneth, and I must say he left an incredibly positive impression. Kenneth was not only respectful and courteous but also displayed a high level of professionalism, especially given the busy environment of a fast-paced place with Texas heat doing curbside. Despite the environment , he remained composed and even took the extra step to ask if there was anything more he could assist with. What really stood out to me was when he thanked me for being his guest; it was a first for me when interacting with a McDonald's employee. Great job, Kenny!

Ordered hot fudge sundae and iced coffee. Asked for a pack of peanuts for the sundae and 3 people looked at me like I had just asked for World Peace. No one knew what I was asking for, nor did I receive a straw for the iced coffee.

Her greeting, her appearance and cleanness and also she got my order totally correct.
Lobby was spotless and well as restrooms and playground.
We had fun celebrating after my daughter gymnastics showcase.
