The customer service was outstanding. Adrianna took care of us and was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided suggestions based on our taste. She stands behind company policy and provides top tier customer service, this amazing woman needs to be appointed a manager.

I tried this location for the first time yesterday & I must applaud the high level of customer service I received from the 2 young ladies working during the afternoon. I had a mishap with my order & needed to come back to the restaurant & I was treated very nice by those young ladies. I’m very big on customer service (thats more important to me than actual food quality sometimes) so I just wanted to let them know I appreciate the kindness yesterday. I’ll definitely be back to support this location.

Wow! All I can say is never judge a book by its cover! The location & dim lights in the neighborhood & plaza can seem a bit sketchy BUT upon entering it’s a different ball game. Upon entering, we received the best customer service from Dominique, Devante & Gary! Super friendly, nice & helpful & willingly to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our delicious hot wings! It was a very welcoming experience to the point that we sat down & decided to dine in & eat there! Way to go guys!!!! Thanks so much!

I have been order wings from this location for years. I recently try their Secret Invasion, secret menu that you can only order from their app. The Mango Hawaiian and Cajun Garlic both flavors are great. I ordered delivery and they work with Door Dash for the delivery. The wings are still good and consistent after all these year.

I had the greatest experience here today with Adrianna, who by the way, is an absolute rockstar. I'm not sure if she was the manager but she sure presented like it. She immediately greeted me as I walked thru the door which is HUGE!! She then had that friendly smiley face to assist me with my order. I have come to this location for years because it's near my house. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere usually it's very chaotic and confusing. Everyone seemed to have their orders already taken and her and her teammates worked very seamlessly together. I waited in my car and my order got done so quickly she actually came out to my car and told me my orders were ready. She informed me of the survey and I assured her I would take it and I did. I don't know if the manager John is still here but he was always nice and seemed to have a commanding presence but recently it seems there was a new energy of confusion when I would come in. Lots of chaos but yesterday it was very smooth. I love love love Wingstop but I didn't particularly like this location because of people always loitering and the unorganized energy. Adriana absolutely made my day yesterday as I was going through a little something. Thanks again Adrianna.

Who can go wrong with Wingstop??? It’s my favorite wing place. The food is always good and service. We came in line and the cashier Asked for my name. She greeted me and also addressed me by my name there on out. After we sat and our food came, the order was wrong. But they didn’t hesitate at all to fix it. They were actually really nice. The staff is great here. I’ll always come back.

Alondra was very personable when I picked up my order. She advised me to check my order before I walked out the store. I verified everything was in my bag, but I didn't open the container with my chicken. When I got back to my hotel I had boneless wings instead of classic. When I called back Alondra was very nice and she told me to just bring it back so she could verify that I actually had boneless wings. They started my replacement order when I called so I had a very short wait for my new wings once I arrived to the store. In today’s world where so many people have bad attitudes and don't treat the customer kindly Alondra was a breath of fresh air. I only took a service star away because I had to go back to the store which was my fault because I didn't completely check the order before I left.
