They gave me my order hot and fresh and the young lady at the window was very professional. Will be coming back and highly recommend
The food and service was great but the dining area needs some work it was messy
When I placed my order, the options I was given were medium or large. When I looked at the screen I realized that the price was different from the price on the board, when I questioned it I was told the board price is for a small. I was a bit off because I was not offered, S ,M or L only M or Lg and nothing to indicate the difference in price. I feel that this hedges on dishonesty and the difference should be reflected on the menu board.

The girl in the drive thru window was so sweet and nice. Probably the best taco and chicken sandwich I’ve gotten at any Jack.
Standard Jack in the Box food. Everything was fresh tasting and the service was fast. Sometimes this location is closed, or not taking orders, if you go during late-night hours, and it's not posted anywhere or scheduled times, seems to be random. If not fit this I would give it 5 stars.
Employees were friendly and thick shakes were very tasty. Burgers were nice as were the loaded fries. I dropped a star because they did not have the bug straws you're supposed to get with thick shakes. They only had the regular straws for soft drinks which are useless for thick shakes. They fortunately gave us long spoons so we enjoy it.

So, yesterday I was in a horrible mood. So I went to Jack in the box for My favorite treat a double cheeseburger and large Dr pepper 😋 felt Soo much better 😊 and then this morning ☕ I went for breakfast 🍳🥐 and onion rings everything definitely delicious 🤤
This is one of the very few fast food places I like going to because of how fast they are and also it’s very rare for them to get an order incorrect and he fits in Craig they wouldn’t have any problem to fix it for you I literally go and drive all the way over there I think I passed maybe three or four other Jack in the box that I do not do not stop by and even get a drink from because of the customer service
Always has fast and friendly service and every single time Jack has a new food item on the menu...WOW! It's a smash hit and oh and did I mention that the prices are fair and you really get full from the portion amounts. Thanks Jack for your menu keep up the dedication.......... Very Happy Customer.
