Wow! Great service. Took the car side delivery option and it went great. Pizza was hot, cinnamon twists were warm and soft! This was my first time ordering from this location and will be returning! Great job team! Employees don’t get enough credit, thank you!
Soo! The food at this location is so good, it was rather fast, as we had 20 minutes to go to the near by Kroger to get some drinks and ingredients we needed for the next day. Easy to order, the guy who took our order was nice and easy to talk to
I have been ordering pizzas every week from this location Woodforest/Normandy Houston Texas and YES they have had times that I did not get the pizza to my specification of ordering but I can give a thumbs up👍AND 5******REVIEW 💯 to the fact that the manager Conrad is excellent In addressing and taking care of you personally of any complaints or giving you credit for a reorder of the item that was not correct I am very pleased with their customer service and the excellent pizzas
I have always been satisfied with the food but there was one time that the staff was very rude to me. If I wanted that level of rudeness, I would make my 14 year old prepare my food. I’m just saying!! BUT other than that one time, I have always been satisfied with my food and service at this location. Your staff has to remember and take into account that a ome people need the politeness because they haven’t had such a great day and that is why they come to you to prepare their food. Like me, I’m sure they trust you to deliver above satisfactory customer service when they are exhausted from a long hard day.
So far I have never had any problems with this Domino's. Whatever time I order it has always been great!! I'm going to use them even after I move. They are always friendly and fast. I am going to have to drive to this Domino's after we move but it will be worth it. B
Excellent customer service they went above and beyond to make sure we received our order. Thank you .When my car wouldn't start I couldn't pick up my order that was ready. They were very kind to deliver my order even though they don't deliver in my area. The pizza was fresh and hot and delicious. Domino's Pizza rules. I've been ordering my pizza pickup and online from the one at Normandy at Woodforest for years. Their employees and services are beyond professional. Never, had my pizza been deliveries cold. The whole pizza is fresh and tasty.
I don't mind adding a tip to my bill. They fully deserve it.
Also, their APPS is so easy and well designed with pictures, coupons, future order option, order status, etc. . . . . .
