This place is so unorganized. I have always ordered the whole roasted turkey from this location every year for Thanksgiving and never had a problem until this year. I ordered for pickup on Wednesday, but there was no sign telling you where you are supposed to pick up your food, but I did see a small line forming at the drive-thru window so I waited in line with the rest. I think there were about 9 people in front of me, but it took about 30 freaking minutes before I was able to get my turkey because everyone's order was either not ready or wrong. The turkey didn't come with any heating instructions this year like it always had (probably because they forgot to include it) so I checked online and it said it should come with a heating pouch. There is no heating pouch. Today (Thanksgiving Day), I drove by and OMG the line was wrapped around the building!! I thanked my lucky stars that I picked it up the day before because I would have gone insane. Legend has it some are still waiting in line after Thanksgiving.

I usually come to Boston Market when I'm having company over. I get a whole chicken and I can feed about 6 people with it. Today I'm helping my daughter to study and I decided to go and get a chicken to help out with my dinner. I'm glad I'm not having anybody over today cuz there's no way I can feed six people with this full order size chicken. LOL. it looks like a baby bird. I hope nobody goes for seconds.

Ordered online at 12:30 pm on Monday's Day. Had visitors from NJ and wanted Texas Meatloaf. Ordered the 2 Meat Family Combo. We picked chicken and meatloaf. Within minutes, saw a call from the local Boston Market. Returned the call but the phone rang and no one answered. When I got to the drive-through at 12:55pm, was greeted by Leanne. She called Jose, later told that he was the manager, that he cancelled my entire order because they were out of meatloaf. He did not offer any substitute. Asked Leanne for the manager and she didn't know and Jose says he is the manager and David is his manager but does not know his last name. According to Jose, he cancels orders all the time if they are out of food. He asked if I am willing to wait for 30 minutes for the next batch of meatloaf. I agreed to wait and had to re-order my entire order again at 1:00pm while at the drive-through. At 1:15pm, I got my order. When Jose handed the order to me through the window, he did not apologize and was rude. Asked for a receipt and slammed the window. I will not recommend this Boston Market location. Jose does not present the culture and values of Boston Market in service and customer experience. Will be contacting corporate office to file a complaint.

I was the only one at the counter. Apparantly, they take care of to go callin orders before the people who actually walked inside.
After 8 minutes, she finally acknowledged me... I asked for a turkey meal... they were OUT! I was like "after waiting that long you're gonna tell me you have no turkey?"
I will never go back to this place. I don't live on this side of town, but I'm still going to contact management because the evening crew sucks at customer service.

Haven’t had BM since I left my FL hometown in 2011 and I LOVE BM. This location’s curb appeal turned me off. Dirty pavement with weeds and grass growing out of control and the place looked dark for it to have been 4:30p on the afternoon. I pulled away disappointed and disgusted not wanting to eat here. The employee seemed to be alone working but was outside? She raced inside when I pulled up as if she needed to be in place to take my order. 🤔

Terrible service. Don’t go on your lunch break unless you have an hour and a half break. I ordered online and paid online my order was supposed to be ready by 11:30am I received my food at 1:00pm along with a bunch of other people waiting. Luckily I checked my sandwich and it was not the one I ordered. I asked for my sandwich and they said they gave me this one because they ran out of the sauce for the southwest. not a big deal but when it takes that long and then you try to give me the wrong stuff and not let me know that’s kind of shady.. the workers were moving in slow motion while “making my food” and talking to each other laughing. The food they serve at Boston Market is really good! The employees are somewhat friendly and they serve the food pretty quickly. They actually forgot to give me my drink last time i came here and unfortunately i didn't remember till i drove away!
