Not only was the service great from Armando Mendoza today but the presentation of both sandwich and salads order looked like it came from a top star restaurant. When it got busy he was still friendly and composed. He was on his own for a good 10 minutes and every sandwich came out looking great. He is a great asset to have.

Food is delicious. I liked that the foods were organized & nicely displayed. Areli was efficient & helpful. I was pleased that the 2 workers held the store down & kept busy even without a manager in. Sometimes, even with the manager in, the tables need cleaning, the floors need attention, the foods are in disarray, & the service is lacking, but tonight, everything was in order. My complaint is the cross contamination practices need to be taken more seriously. I have to worry about it due to a pork allergy, which I announced. They trained her to only rinse the knife in a small water container near the cutting table. I imagine it's been the all day. I tried to stop her to get a clean knife but was late. She didn't even acknowledge my efforts to stop her. Should I have had her start over? Don't know. I was lucky this time that no real reaction occurred. The young man working cleaned the floor & greeted us too.
