Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant

Came in for a late night mobile order pick up at the drive through. Waited over 20 min for my order to completed. It turned out my chalupa, crunchy tacos were missing lettuce and/or tomatoes. We had an upgraded of the chalupa to chicken but we were given beef chalupas. All of the food cold under room temperature.Talk about bad late night service. Picture included shows the supposed to be chicken chalupa with missing lettuce.

I ordered three regular tacos and instead got supreme tacos with sour cream and tomatoes. I understand that mistakes happen so I didn't go back to the store or complain, but then my vegetarian girlfriend bit into her black bean crunch wrap supreme to find that it was a BEEF crunch wrap supreme and she had to run over and spit it out into the sink. Taco Bell is one of the few fast food restaurants that have plenty of options for both her diet and mine and it's frustrating to have an experience like this. I'm sure if I had gone back to the store, they would have been happy to replace it or refund me but I didn't realize until I already got home and I don't feel like driving back. 2 stars only because the staff was very polite and professional.
