Went through the drive thru at about 6:30 am on 10-13-2023. The menu board was off and of course they don't repeat your order. I got to the window and as usual my order was not correct. I've been going here for over 30 years and the service is progressively getting worse. Employees can BARELY speak English. After all these years I'm switching to Burger King .

The service was friendly and easy to understand and hear (volume level). I order a hot fudge sundae and a bottle of water. There was just the right amount of hot fudge and the ice cream was soft and delicious. The water bottle was cold. Great experience.
