Love at first sight is a real thing, when my brother brought me to Franks Grill, I honestly didn't know what to expect because outside is nothing special and the inside is about the same as the outside. The food on the other hand is something else, it is served in very hefty portions but still very good. The staff here is extremely nice and sincere. I will definitely come back to the place with family and friends.

Friendly atmosphere, good food. Everyone who works there was so engaging, you feel like an old friend visiting when you go there. Awesome. Definitely will visit again. Nothing fancy,just good food and good company in a small simple place.
Down home restaurant feel. Excellent food reasonably priced. Friendly staff. JoJo rocks in managment. I'm in love with Chicken Fried Steak breakfast! The serving of steak can feed two.
We goes to Frank's every Sunday. Love the atmosphere and great service. I like the Catfish and grits and hashbrown. The Spinach omelet is the bomb!!!!!!
The breakfast here is the bomb. Com luv it the staff is very friendly I luv this location because unlike telephone rd location I always can come in and I have a seat and Monday thru Thursday they have a great $4.99 breakfast special
Never judge an book by its cover is real.......the outside made me turn my head. But when u walk in its so different it gives u an old school family feeling like u home. Oh n shouts out to my girls.......tha waitresses.πππππππ
I loveeeeee this location even though onnthe outside it does look a little old and run down, their are some truly hardworking people at this place of business, Jojo has the sweetest heart, my daughter and I love going here from the milkshakes, to Belgian waffles,to chicken and waffles, the omlets, and lots more, they all lnow me as cherry girl ( cause I once bought like 4 bowls of cherries in one sitting) lol great plcae and great people .
Service was great!! My waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. My hamburger was cooked exactly how I ordered it.
I love there food it's the best I've had in houston. I get the country breakfast with the pork chops they are amazing.
