Outstanding customer service every time we visit and need help. When we call in, the service folks are responsive and courteous. The Westchase location was the only store in/around Houston area that offered fun event for Halloween where my granddaughter got toys and treats. Thank you for making our shopping trips an enjoyable experience every time.

Fantastic location, close and convenient to Westchase with plenty of parking, and friendly staff. This location also has an Amazon return center with a person staffing it so you can get in and out easily with returns. Theres also a huge food bar with more than the usual prepared meals fresh and delicious. They are always stocked with every day needs, have a superb selection of aperitif’s! The butchery has excellent cuts of meat and theres plenty of seafood to satisify the most cajun cravings! Overall just a great place to shop. Highly recommended and not surrounded by riff raff!

A lot like other Whole Foods locations, except that this one seems to have even more self-checkout machines than I've seen elsewhere and only one traditional checkout lane open when I was there.

It took asking 4 different employees to find the Rotisserie chicken but i finally got it so the customer service was good however it is not the same as pointing where the Rotisserie chicken is as to take the customer right there. Guacamole is very expensive. Great place to shop. Very nice environment.

Carolina was very kind and helpful. My first time using the self check out and I struggled a bit to find my Amazon QR code and she helped me without hesitation. Great customer service. I was also greeted at the door by a young man with glasses. Overall pleasant experience, will return

Today I went for serum and facial cream, and other items - quick story: Shug at the self checkout section was super super sweet and helpful/kind - also the lady at the make up section was super nice and kind. 😊❤️

Really good I didn't think I would find Alec's ice cream here but I did find 4 to 5 flavors for 12.99. Can't wait till next week to get more.
