This Fry rd location is very business. Therefore, the food must be fresh! The line was long to the entrance door. Be careful when ordering as they will give you wrong order. One of the server was trying to serve me sloppy food and that was very unattractive to eat instead of putting the food into the kids menu box. When I got home some of the items were missing. This happens when they are trying to rush. Not acceptable.
Great service, the food was great. I was having quite the day, I came to pick up an app order with my 3 year old daughter, I picked up the bags and got in line so I could get a tortilla and use the dollar in quarters I had in my wallet and the gentleman who was working the cashier (who seemed like a manager or owner) told me not to worry about the tortilla. It was so kind and I know it’s “just a tortilla” but considering the day we were having it really put a smile on my face. You never know what someone is going through and I feel very blessed thank you!
Was a line noticed they were NOT really taking care of customers at the restaurant they were filling online orders. Every 2-3 online orders they would serve next the in line. Back n forth. In my opinion they should do online orders in the back.
You don’t appreciate what you have until it’s gone. We temporarily moved out of Texas and got a big surprise at the Chipotle near us. On a regular basis the one near us has cold chicken, cold beans, and it’s just bland. The portions are smaller which was also a shock. So refreshing to come back and get what I’m used to.
This Chipotle & their staff is absolutely incredible. Their service was absolutely fast, kind and efficient. All team members were wearing masks and were very engaged with their work. Unfortunately, my bag broke as I got off the car. I went back to the store & they offered to replace my meal free of charge. Kudos to this wonderful team & their manager.
One of the most consistent chipotle’s I’ve been to. Chicken is never stringy - steak is always cooked perfect. There consistent!
I purchased two bowls and was surprised they had white rice available. The customer service was great. When I requested extra vegetables. The servant did not get an attitude or reference that would be extra.
Love this Chipotle, obsessed with their food. I have one close by my job, but I rather prefer to drive a little more and come this one because for some reason, I feel that the food taste better here. I usually come at lunch time when Mike is cooking; he definitely has the touch!
Pretty much half my steak was just pieces of fat,they don't make sure you get meat.
It’s certainly nice and very delicious, but I definitely would not recommend going there at night. We went around 7:00 PM and they were already out of almost everything. Normally, the bowl would be overfilled, but today it was almost half empty because of the lack of stuff they had. No cheese, guacamole, sour cream, or beef.
