I loved the food and the employees the only thing disturbing was kids running yelling screaming very loud. Parents should control there kids in public. And manager should have stepped up and said something.
Met some friends here for lunch. Staff was very friendly. Order from the counter and they give u a buzzer for when it's ready. Cozy place with tables and booths. Have to say the booth seats were very low to the table, felt like we were almost sitting on the floor with the table at our chins. Other than that, the food was fabulous. We had the fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits and a shrimp poboy...before I could blink, my best friends plate was empty( she has the shrimp and grits).... the grits were fried and I'm guessing she loved them. My poboy was really good, and the fried green tomatoes ( I don't eat these often) were really flavorful...highly recommend them. Will definitely go back and get some take put before I leave the Houston area.
Hadn’t been here in a while. I came out on a Wednesday evening and it was a quaint dinner. The service was very nice as well. Food was delicious. They now offer smaller portions which I was happy to order.
Traveled to Houston this weekend and stopped at this place. The food service and atmosphere was excellent. The food was seasoned well one salad was more than enough for two people and the customer service was great!
I hadn't been to this location and decided to have lunch. The staff was kind and friendly. I tried the shrimp and friend grits with cajun sauce as the cashier said I wouldn't go wrong. She was surly right. Ooooh my, it was really good. The establishment was clean and plenty of tables. If you want to get a great meal and hangout with family and/or friends this is the place to do so. You will not go wrong.
What an amazingly friendly staff. My friend was allergic to shellfish and couldn't eat the fries bc they are cooked in the same oil. They offered to make a batch in fresh oil just for her, and she said no... But they did it anyway and brought it to the table. It was so kind!!! And the food was delicious and the restaurant was super clean
Walked in was greeted they took our order staff was very pleasant the atmosphere was a little off it was hot in there like the AC was out they had the ceiling fans on but it was tolerable tho! Food was definitely a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Budget friendly !!! Walked in on a Thursday happy hour daiquiri had a 3$ hurricane. The mix is good. Also there is a bar happy hour on a select of food or appetizers. This location has a nice size bar area overlooking the parking lot. Also it's always clean here too and the staff gives great service.

Was sincerely impressed. Food was amazing. From the raspberry tea, house salad, blackened chicken and corn bread were all delicious. Put together and presented nicely. My friend had the stuffed fish and I kept eating his dinner too. Everything was on point. Delicious and we will be returning soon. This place has been there for yrs. Never tried it until yesterday. Hidden 💎 gem. If you get a chance to go there, go. You will be happy.

The reason for my rating is you have become less quality than you use to be, the food is good just less amounts served. And the wait on yourself is not appealing at all. Well there's not much more I need to say because just look at your people which are so much less now. You all need to regroup to get people back in your establishment. Patrons speak louder than words.
