I love Jason's Deli and the one on Westheiman has such excellent service and is so clean and inviting. I only wish we had them in Michigan!
Our conference ordered wraps and sandwiches with chips, cookies, lemonade and iced tea from this convenient location. Delivery was prompt and professional. The food was extremely fresh and I was happy with the order.
The zucchini garden pasta was really good. My husband enjoyed the salad bar and beef eaters sandwich. I'm happy there are vegetarian options here.
First, I clearly couldn't wait to take a bite before I took this photo. Oops. I ordered the managers special - chicken panini on multigrain wheat and a cup of gumbo. Food was delicious, service was great, atmosphere is inviting and the price was reasonable. The only thing missing was my pickle 🥒 lol 😆 Still yet, there is a 100% chance I'll be returning. The salad bar next, probably? 🤔
I crave muffuletta sandwich. Fresh ingredients and great flavor. My only complaint is the ice cream machine spits out slurry. I hope they fix it soon.
I called to see if I could get the Cup Broccoli Cheese Soup pureed because I just had gastric sleeve surgery. I spoke with Janice who went above & beyond to meet needs!! She just got my name & said when the order came through, she would fix it like I needed it. Usually the offer gets skipped, forgotten or just not done, but not this time!!! Janice came through & even WROTE A PERSONAL NOTE to wish me a speedy recovery!!! I never thought I would tear up 🥺 over a Jason's Deli order. Thank you Janice, you deserve a raise & so much more!!!! (The cheesecake was for Epiphany at the Holiday Inn on Westheimer because she went above & beyond to help me out when I was checking in. I left her a review too because these 2 ladies just made a horrible day absolutely AMAZING!!!)

My work colleagues and I love this Jason's Deli location! The manager Alicia is very nice, professional and attentive and one of the cashiers, Janice, has gone above and beyond to remember the names of each of my colleagues and myself and our favorite orders! We cannot say enough good things about this Jason's Deli location and always look forward to going there each Thursday during the work week for lunch! Thank you so much from Andy, Rosa and Jose!
(First time here) Everything was clean, clear marks to observe social distancing and employees were wearing masks. Not too noisy, and not too dimly lit :). Great atmosphere, friendly employees and the we didn't even have to wait up to 15 minutes for the food. 10/10.
My work colleagues and I visited this location after a couple of months, and to our delight, Janice, our favorite cashier was still working there and recognized us immediately as well as remembered our favorite orders! This continues to be one of our favorite places to go for lunch after our orientation in the Westchase area and we were glad to see Janice again! Steven was there!!! Being an absolute pleasure… made me feel amazing helped with my sandwich selection…he was an amazing experience as a human… we definitely need more ppl like Steven… I appreciate his welcoming spirit
