First, I clearly couldn't wait to take a bite before I took this photo. Oops. I ordered the managers special - chicken panini on multigrain wheat and a cup of gumbo. Food was delicious, service was great, atmosphere is inviting and the price was reasonable. The only thing missing was my pickle 🥒 lol 😆 Still yet, there is a 100% chance I'll be returning. The salad bar next, probably? 🤔

I called to see if I could get the Cup Broccoli Cheese Soup pureed because I just had gastric sleeve surgery. I spoke with Janice who went above & beyond to meet needs!! She just got my name & said when the order came through, she would fix it like I needed it. Usually the offer gets skipped, forgotten or just not done, but not this time!!! Janice came through & even WROTE A PERSONAL NOTE to wish me a speedy recovery!!! I never thought I would tear up 🥺 over a Jason's Deli order. Thank you Janice, you deserve a raise & so much more!!!! (The cheesecake was for Epiphany at the Holiday Inn on Westheimer because she went above & beyond to help me out when I was checking in. I left her a review too because these 2 ladies just made a horrible day absolutely AMAZING!!!)

My work colleagues and I love this Jason's Deli location! The manager Alicia is very nice, professional and attentive and one of the cashiers, Janice, has gone above and beyond to remember the names of each of my colleagues and myself and our favorite orders! We cannot say enough good things about this Jason's Deli location and always look forward to going there each Thursday during the work week for lunch! Thank you so much from Andy, Rosa and Jose!

(First time here) Everything was clean, clear marks to observe social distancing and employees were wearing masks. Not too noisy, and not too dimly lit :). Great atmosphere, friendly employees and the we didn't even have to wait up to 15 minutes for the food. 10/10.

My work colleagues and I visited this location after a couple of months, and to our delight, Janice, our favorite cashier was still working there and recognized us immediately as well as remembered our favorite orders! This continues to be one of our favorite places to go for lunch after our orientation in the Westchase area and we were glad to see Janice again! Nice lunch place. Great salad bar. Wish we had one close by. At this particular location there is a truly great vibe and outstanding customer service especially from Steven, the assistant manager. I was waiting on someone so I was there quite a while. You have never seen a more polite, enthusiastic, engaged employee than Steven. He is attentive and service oriented at all times. I just had to meet him after watching him for an hour. Wonderful guy!! There was a lady who waited on me with the same great attitude and he said she was the manager. The lady who cleaned our table also went out if her way to hold the bathroom door for me and had this cheery engaging way about her. Who are these people? Can they train others to be this nice and engaged?? Nicely done Jason’s and I hope you recognize these great folks you have running this location.

First time eating inside a restaurant since October 2020. I've ordered a lot from Jason's through Door Dash. The food is always consistent. I love the salad bar and was glad to still see some COVID19 prevention measures in the restaurant--cashier was masked, and trays included plastic gloves. Kudos to them!
One of my guilty pleasures is Jason's mac and cheese. It is similar to the stuff from a box but .... it is SO good. I also love the flavored teas--black currant and hibiscus, in addition to regular iced tea. The salad bar was in great shape, and it was nice to enjoy a quiet lunch out on a Saturday afternoon.
Salad bar, drink and side of mac and cheese was $14.

1st time I ever go to a Jason's Deli. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Steven. He was the most friendly person, and was very helpful! Overall, it was great service and good food.

Staff, I believe her name is Amalia, was very friendly, patient and accommodating. When asked she was able to describe the soup ingredients and revised my order from corned beef to pastrami without skipping a beat. The Chicken Chili soup was filling and very tasty. And the Reuben was like one from a NY deli, piled high with fresh ingredients. I said I wouldn’t be able to eat it all, but I forced myself. 😊Definitely going to have to stop in more often when I’m the area.

Great service and atmosphere! I was so impressed with the care, encouragement and positive energy that the manager, Steve, promoted here. He is in tune to his customers, as well as his employees. I witnessed his concern for one of his delivery drivers when they returned a bit dissappointed. Steve immediately picked up on it and checked in on his driver, all while still happily welcoming and serving customers. Great leadership and lovely dining experience!
