The food was great. Service started off slow, but recovered. There was a bit of a fruit fly problem (I assume from the cocktail fruit lining the counter), so we relocated to another area of the restaurant, and were able to enjoy our meals.
Marzia provided me the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. She takes the utmost pride in her job & goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If I’m being completely honest, she is single handedly carrying the reviews for this Hyatt hotel as a whole. She provided a 5 star experience & I will come back just for her. Whatever she gets paid, it should be at-least triple! She is a first ballot hall of famer when it comes to customer service. I give her 10 STARS!

Food was amazing but the service made this experience above and beyond. We had breakfast and we were seated quickly, drinks brought out quick and our waitress, Silva was just the absolute nicest, sweetest person ever. Food was absolutely delish. Highly recommend the Migas dish or peach waffles for breakfast. But Silva was just the nicest ever and would go back for breakfast lunch and dinner just for her! Amazing service and amazing food.
Great in-hotel cafe/restaurant/bar/takeout! The lady running the Cafe with the fun hat was the highlight of my stay 2 times in a row. She was very delightful and made a special tea for me. All the restaurant staff was very amazing and maybe should be hired to run the front desk of the Hyatt which lacks any customer service.
Polite & super friendly staff, clean environment, great location, Marzia was outstanding.

This is my favorite hotel bar in town and while photos depict the renovation and dining area they are years old—it’s time to provide you with a current review.
The pizza here is fantastic, plenty of taps if draft is your thing. The five alarm burger is no joke, and watch out for the charred jalapeño dressing! The crab fritters are the best I have ever had, to be honest.
Service is good but if you want table service you may want to order at the bar as this hotel does not provide dining room servers. I’ve never waited at the bar for more than a few minutes for a drink, though.
Food was great. Marzia offered great service. She recommended a dish when I asked and was very attentive and accommodating.
We loved the food, but what stood out was the exceptional service we got from Marzia at the Urban Star Market.
I highly recommend this place, located in a very decent area close to many things, the service was great from the front desk “Hind” was great person very knowledgeable and helpful. And “Silva” she’s very helpful and friendly, thanks for all the help.
