I called to place a order for a 3 meat treat with light sauce...once I picked up my order it was only peperoni and bacon.. So I had to wait for another pizza.. But that's okay because the the associate and the manager was very nice and polite and didn't show any signs of frustration Because I was already upset I had to wait for anther pizza...

Pizza was good. Only issue was we had to wait 12 minutes for them to cook them. They were not hot n ready.

I think everyone that comes here knows there's an issue with waiting, but the employees really do their best. The woman at the counter seems visibly overwhelmed and I don't blame her. It's usually just one person in front and an INSANE amount of people coming in and out. Not to mention, most customers are unnecessarily rude. I've always spoken to the employees nicely and they respond with the same respect. The food is always great, just know that if you come here you will have to wait.
