I Googled Peruvian food near me and this little gem popped up. I ordered the arroz chaufa and sweet plaintains and it was sooo flavorful. You can tell they used some chicken fat or something to flavor the rice. One of the best places I've tried in Houston so far.
Update! It still gooood. Get here right now. I didn't catch my waitresses' name, but she was sweet and accommodating. I brought a date and she ordered the fried rice and really enjoyed it!
Another update: Still amazing and fresh and quality, BUT the chicken was dry? It's difficult to dry out a thigh but honey, the chicken needed some juice real bad! The waitress was lovely.

Very pleased with our experience! The server was super friendly & the food was amazing. For our drinks we had pineapple juice which is made fresh & it was delicious. For food we had ceviche which was very refreshing with a good amount of spice. We also had aji de gallina and arroz chaufa. For desserts they had a plethora of options but opted for the pastries they had displayed- the pionono & alfajores. Definitely worth trying!

I must start by saying the 20% coupon on Yelp isn’t valid.
I picked this place for my friends and I to meet up. We were seated quickly and the waitress was nice. The restaurant and the bathroom was clean. That’s always a great side of a good business.
I ordered the 1/4 chicken with an avocado salad and Mexican rice. It was delicious! My friends enjoyed it as well. I would definitely visit this restaurant again in the future.
