Five Guys

What is there really left to say? The burgers are outstanding and taste very good. I love the fresh ingredients and most of the staff have a smile, key word being most. I will never give Five Guys 5 stars because their fries are way over priced. For one person $5 for fries to accompany a burger and end up throwing most of it away is too much.

Came during Covid. The tables are all spaced 6' apart and has plenty of space. This 5 guys is always very clean. The staff are very courteous and quick to process orders. The food here is also consistently good. My friend and I both had burgers and fries for a quick bite. They have those coke dispensers that have a wide variety of syrups though most weren't available. It definitely needs to be refilled. But aside from that minor inconvenience 5guys is a great burger chain for a quick lunch.

I had an incident that I was ok with no biggie, small issues it was ok but my mom insisted that I should call and make a complaint, I spoke with mr.Ryan and he got the job done. This company have one of the best costumer service anyone can offer, I honestly can tell that they value their craft...deserve all stars on my review and worth all the hype.

Five guys has quite a few locations, I've been to more than a handful myself. The employees always seem to be helpful and efficient & usually know all about the food and different suggestions to make depending on your preference or dietary needs. One thing I like, that really doesn't matter in a burger joint, they give you free peanuts to snack on while you are there. Now, for the food. The burgers are delicious. They are messy, but delicious. Five guys is a place where you are offered many different topping choices & they make the burger offerings something that nearly everyone can personalize and be happy with. One of my favorites is the sauteed mushrooms with onions, mustard and maybe even cheese. Believe it or not, you can even stick to the whole30 diet eating at Five Guys. You do have to pass on the delicious buns and a few other options, but its possible. The way they do fries is really cool as well. It seems like the amount of fries I get versus the amount of fries I should get for whatever quantity I ordered, is always a lot more. Get the additional seasoning on the fries too. If you're a french fry lover, you'll be a happy person. I definitely would recommend Five guys if you're into burgers and fries. I've been many times and will continue to go to satisfy my burger needs.

The burger was great. I ordered online, and the fries were supposed to be made after I arrived. However, I was given my food with warm fries within seconds after arriving. I had to request fresh fries and repeat my request as the server/cook/cashier acted as if my request was unusual to her. If not for that, I would've given them 5 stars.
