This local deli/pastry shop is fantastic. I've eaten here multiple times and always had a great experience. They over a wide range of options from sandwiches and salads, to soup and quiche. They have great combo meals which allow you to try a little of both. This is a small restaurant where you can see everything being made in the back when you order so it feels very intimate. Everyone I've seen working there has always been very friendly and seems to care how you like your food. The desserts the place sells are incredible. They have a cookie that's banana chocolate chip and it's delicious. I've also eaten a slice of the carrot cake they sell and it was equally tasty. I'd love to try more but then I'd way 500 pounds...It might be worth it though, the food is that good. I would definitely recommend them for a relaxing lunch or if you need a dessert made for a party/function. The quality and taste are top notch.

We stopped in here to pick up a birthday cake and eat lunch. We loved their lunch, got a few different sandwiches and they were all delicious. The cake we picked up was beyond good, we got the strawberry cake and it was awesome. Whether you're getting a cake or stopping in for lunch I would highly recommend Dacapo's. The space inside is limited but it wasn't overly crowded when we were there. It's an order at the counter and pick your table type restaurant.

I liked their avocado tortilla soup! It was chunky and flavorful. I also liked their pear bread, it was delicious and tasted fresh, soft n moist. I’ve never had pear bread before but I’m glad I tried it cuz it’s really good! I also had their oatmeal cookie n it was good too.

Order at the counter and they'll bring your food to you. This is a small, cozy space, but it doesn't really fill up. A lot of people get their lunches to go. This is a great little lunch spot for good sandwiches and great desserts. I like that they have a variety of side options, like the carrot souffle, and that you can get a good coffee or dessert to go.

It's tiny cafe, but very cute. They make a great chicken salad sandwich and I love the $1.50 "ugly" cake tops. I also highly recommend their bakery for whole cakes. The prices are very reasonable and the cakes are beautiful, delicious, and taste homemade.

I can't never get enough of this place. Since I moved to Houston ( 3 years ago) I come here for lunch when I'm in the area. The sandwiches are delicious and the flavor is consistent. The chicken noodle soup is extraordinary... The ladies always smile at you and greet you... I feel like home when I come here. I love you guys!!!
