Great customer service, their staff is very kind and welcoming. I have celiac disease so I follow a gluten free diet. They have 2 gluten free cupcakes and a gluten free cookie. My favorite is the gluten free red velvet cupcake, it is delicious and my go to dessert!

Sprinkles literally has the best cupcakes. I just hate that they are so far. But it's totally worth it. They're perfectly fresh, flavor is amazing. I love these cupcakes!!!

Great customer service! They changed the layout and removed the tables and chairs. The cupcakes were good. I remember then way better but it’s been a while since I’ve been here. The prices have gone up as well. However, I still enjoy their cupcakes. I ordered the double chocolate with sprinkles.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last 2 times I've visited, the cupcake machine only had 4 options or was not working. However, when all the flavors are in stock, they are amazing! The cinnamon cupcake and the carrot cake cupcake are my favorites. Best in Houston. Not sure why some people are complaining the icing is too sweet... cupcakes are supposed to be sweet!

My family and I just left with a half dozen of various flavors of cupcakes and we LOVED them! Not only were the cupcakes moist and flavorful, but we especially loved the customer service that we received from Cathryn! She is AMAZING!!!❤️ She was so patient, she also explained everything to us and went well above our expectations! We will definitely come back! I think our favorite was the lemon blueberry and the banana cupcakes.

Gluten + sugar free options available, only for red velvet. It was delicious. Not the greatest but as for a nationwide chain (especially the access to one in Disney) +$6/cupcake .. IMO .. I definitely enjoyed it for a once in a blue moon treat

Huge selection of flavors. My favorites are the dark chocolate, salted caramel, red velvet, and sprinkles cupcakes. The frosting is super dense and delicious. The actual cake part is so juicy and tasty too. Will be back to try some new flavors.

Sprinkles are so delicious!! The cupcakes are too rich, the topping is very sweet on many occasions but the cake does not leave it so sweet which makes it a good combination: Chocolate, Strawberry and Birthday Cake are my favorites!

I absolutely love this place!! My family and I make it a point to make sure we stop anytime we’re in Houston. The peanut butter cupcake is to die for, seriously so delicious. They also have a cupcake ATM which adds to the whole experience. Can’t recommend it enough!!
