My wife and I heard about Ginger and Fork from a few people so we decided to stop for lunch. Best decision we made, this is exactly what a restaurant should be. All the food is made in house and the flavors are pure and clean. We over indulged trying as much as we could and the next course was tastier than the previous one.. My wife and I are both allergic to gluten and there are multiple choices for us to enjoy and we did. The waitstaff was so friendly and helpful it made this dining experience even better. Can't wait to go back
pretty good Chinese for the Heights area. higher quality but on the pricey side for the quantity of food. more affordable lunch portions. ask for the chili oil. it’s really good. it has fewer chili flakes but has black bean paste. the owner is very friendly to the customers. the service was top notch and the food came out quickly. small parking lot but we went during lunch and it’s wasn’t busy.
Modern Twist On Authentic Chinese. This was my first time as this Chinese bistro. I really liked it a lot. It’s an intimate setting with a very attentive staff. We ordered a number of things including their specialty cocktail made to celebrate Lunar New Year 2023, the year of the rabbit. Our menu sampler included: Fried Cauliflower, Cha Siu Strips (Succulent Strips Of Cantonese Barbecue Pork), Soup Dumplings, HK Pineapple Chicken, Steamed Garlic Shrimp, a Ginger Margarita, and their specialty cocktail celebrating the Lunar New Year, Gong Hay Fat Choi (Date-infused Four Roses Bourbon, Lemon, Cane 24k Gold Flakes). For dessert we had the Asian Pear Bread Pudding, The Coconut Jelly, and the Gold Rush Custard Bao. I thought everything was great and I look forward to going back in warmer months when the outdoor patio is open.
