Amy's Ice Creams is undeniably a great place to satisfy your ice cream cravings. Their custom ice cream offerings are a standout feature, allowing you to create your own delightful concoctions.
What's equally impressive is the exceptional customer service. The staff is not only friendly but efficient, ensuring that the line moves quickly even during busy times. It's always a pleasure when you don't have to wait too long for your sweet treat.
And speaking of treats, the ice cream at Amy's is truly amazing. The flavors are rich, creamy, and bursting with taste. It's the kind of place that keeps you coming back for more.
If you're in search of a fantastic ice cream experience with a wide range of custom options and quick service, Amy's Ice Creams is the place to be. It's a true gem for ice cream lovers.
Cute ice cream shop, they make all their flavors. The Mexican vanilla is delicious. The parking lot is a bit hard to get to. They even had vegan flavors. Would go back.
One of the best ice cream shops I've ever been to. Friendly, cheerful and fun staff, clean eating place, great looking building that stands out. The outside atmosphere is a great hang out for hot summer days with ice cream melting in your mouth. The dream boat was recommended to me because of my cherry earrings and it was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend stopping by this place if your living here or just driving through.
If you know Amy’s ice cream, you know it’s good. The fact that they had delicious vegan chocolate, strawberry, and other flavors is crazy (good).

Prices are kinda wild for so little ice cream, but I guess it's more about the experience.
You are looking at around $10 if you humbly get two scoops and 1 or 2 toppings. I enjoyed the ice cream so don't be deterred! Just be ready to drop $20-$25 if you are on a date
I've only been here twice but both times were a great experience. (Went at night time) The man with the kilt is awesome at flipping ice cream!! I love watching him prepare the ice cream lol First time I went the line was long but it moved quickly. They change up some of their ice cream flavors and a couple of them are alcoholic <3 I really liked their strawberry (mixed it with matcha the 1st time and then jasmine the 2nd time). They sell shakes too which tasted pretty good according to my husband.
Cute place with some seating and they also sell prepared ice cream cakes. Dogs are welcome in their outdoor porch area according to their signs. It's across the Halal place in a weird corner turn area but the cow on top of the place is easy to see.
Awesome. Ice cream was delicious, add-ins were great, and service was equally great. The price was more than I was expecting but definitely worth it.
The first time here , I had bourbon pecan ice cream with hot Carmel that crystallized as soon as it hit ice cream , I did taste the bourbon.
I love that the place is very welcoming and the staff is super friendly. I've been there many times and definitely I will be returning again and again. This is my second favorite ice cream place in Houston after Milk + Sugar.
Pros:
- Their flavors are great if you like sweets.
- Super creative combinations too. Their ice cream flavors that are not always the same, they give you a reason to come back to look at the new menu.
- They are open until late, and there's a security guard outside.
Cons:
- Portions are not consistent.
- The ice cream melts really fast when mixing.
- May be too sweet for some people.
We had such a pleasant experience here! Now, if you're wanting to indulge you have to get the 3 scoops. However, if you just want to satisfy a small craving the 1 scoop serving will definitely get you right. 👍🏽 Our ice cream-ologist was super nice and allowed us to both taste samples and made recommendations. If you're looking for an Austin, TX gem in Houston this is a great choice.
