Vibe of this place is cool! Bacon onion-ring burger was gone in like 2 seconds. When I was there taking photos of there dishes.

Burgers are great!! They are very delicious and big, I couldn't even finish a single. Staff and location is great. For dessert i had the brownie sundae, flavor was okay, nothing amazing. Over all really good experience. Only complain i had was the water, it had a really weird after taste.

Didn't exactly have one of their burgers but their crispy sandwich was something I'll come back again for, fries were not bad. Their payment system was down so had to use the ATM for cash so one less star, otherwise a nice cool ambient place for a lunch.

I liked it. I got the double burger and it had a very nice Tangy sauce to it. High quality meat. All good I. Little pricey but worth the cost.

Didn't get to try Whataburger, during our short 24hr stay in Houston... the service here wasn't the best, given it wasn't busy. There were five of us and another couple of tables.

Made a mad dash for some lunch. Heard about this spot. Nice place and the customer service was great. Food was out in no time at all. Classic with a fried egg! Awesome!!!

Great service, good food, and comfortable booths!

I really enjoyed it, despite them getting my order wrong at first. It's a hotel restaurant, which I didn't realize until looking at the bill, but it's really good. The burgers are quite good. I had a classic without sauce and added ketchup and mustard. It was a little small, but not too thick to eat with a normal mouth. The fries were good. My friends loved their onion rings and sweet potato fries. The service was good, too, despite it being Sunday night. Recommended if you're in the area.

The best fried fish sandwich I have had in a long time. I love the grilled veggies option as a substitute for French fries as well. Nice bright & clean atmosphere. I have only had lunch here, so can't tell you what the ambiance is for the evening. The bar area looks like it might be a comfortable spot to have a meal at if you're traveling alone.

Greatest burger I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. My girlfriend and I travel a lot and our favorite thing to eat is burgers. This burger is by far the best burger we have ever eaten, and the service was great. The guy who took our order was super nice and really helpful.

Decent burgers but I enjoyed the bar. The bartender, Fankie, was AWESOME. Made for a fun night. & He helped me find a new beer 🍺 I enjoyed his knowledge since I don't exactly ask "beer person" kinda questions. Welcoming environment. Definitely a huge perk to the hotel. ESPECIALLY if you're staying.

This is set up to be more of a table-service restaurant, which I didn't realize. They'll still let you order something to go, but that doesn't seem to be their primary method of service. The food we got here was very good. The burger was larger than I expected and very juicy. The fries were good, but nothing special. The price was very reasonable. This restaurant is inside of the Holiday Inn, it is technically the hotel restaurant.

Good place to hang on a while and take a beer. The burgers are good and the place has a nice ambient and service.

Seated myself, waited for about 8 minutes or so before someone took our drinks and checked in on us. By the time we ordered I had misread the menu and thought they had a buffalo chicken sandwich, but they did not. Luckily the head chef (I believe) was taking our orders and decided to just make it anyways. It was delicious, and since it was a new sandwich I got to name it! In addition the meal was free due to the waiting times in the beginning. Great fries as well, loved it overall.

DO NOT GO HERE! One of the worst experiences ever. My girlfriend and I were already having a bad night as it is after never even given a menu or drinks at Buffalo wild wings so we decided to try our luck here instead so we could watch the Rockets Game. As soon as we arrived a very annoying singer songwriter was already playing terrible downer music especially for a Friday. Not to metion his vocals were Eq'd to the point where there was no more mid range or high end, which was really distracting while trying to watch the game. Then it took 5 minutes for the bartender ( not the waitresses or host) to say you can have a seat anywhere, since we weren't really sure what to do. After that a server came by and took our order and came back with our drinks which was a miracle considering what was to happen. Then we must have waited 45 minutes and still nothing. NO Checkup at all. Not to mention all the servers disappeared for about 15-20 minutes in the kitchen. We were not even offered more drinks or a status update on our food. Then I got tired of waiting and told the bartender about the situation. The bartender then told our server and she came back and told us a fake story about her and the chef having argued for ten minutes about putting the order in, even though my girlfriend saw them laughing in the kitchen. The only nice part about this experience was that they offered to make up by giving us a free one beer and water that we had ordered when we initially got there one hour in at this point. Ohh and did I mention that the restaurant was pretty much empty for most of the night which means there is no excuse to not check in on your customers. Meanwhile the only other people ordering food (a party of 5) were behind us loathing about what great service it was and the Rockets lost as well just to twist the blade deeper and make it an unforgettable experience.

Theory Burger is amazing! We stayed at the Holiday Inn connected and after the first meal here, we couldn't help but have every meal of our trip here. The food is so good; especially the Boss Burger. To top it off every time we came, the service was great. The staff was attentive, nice, and made a point to ask about you day.

Hard to rate this place properly but here I go ... If you plan on eating here, eat at the bar. All the waitresses that we came across were extremely rude and had the attitude of being inconvenienced. They were probably reading at a 2nd grade level because it took them several times to get our order correct as we were ordering, and STILL got it wrong when they brought the food out and tried to blame it on the kitchen. The only saving grace for this place was the amazing bartender we had the last time we went. She was the absolute best! Great attitude, extremely attentive, and got everything right for us! So, in short ... food is GREAT, eat at the bar, and avoid the horrible wait staff!!

There is some serious eating and drinking at this joint, just blocks from the Astros Minute Maid Field home. Good, friendly wait staff.
Open late after the double header and evening games.
Techies and occasional college dudes and travelers. Good mix. Blue Moon on draft, lot of Shiners brand.

Went yesterday and had Happy Hour, great prices and awesome food. I had sliders and cheese frises and Shiner to drink. Food came out fast and service was great. You get 3 tasty sliders and a mountain of fries for a ridiculous price. Ticket price was less than 15.00 and I was so full I could barely walk It's a must do if in Downtown area! World Series energy was strong ! Go Astros!! Thanks Francisco for the awesome service! Free parking garage for customers !!

Love this place! Burgers are off the chain and the Sirrachi Ribeye is worth a trip here alone! Happy hour is 4 to 6 and drink prices were perfect! They even have free parking garage for guest and for Downtown that's unheard of! Loved it!

This was the very first place that we had a sit down meal in Houston. My partner, her mum and Aunty were in America for five weeks and Houston was our first stop. Dominique was our server. Best personality and extremely helpful. Made us Aussies feel very welcome

Burger tasted like a Carls Jr. Western Star but with less flavor.
Fries though fresh were missing flavor/salt.
About $15 for a meal you could have easily gotten from Carls Jr.
Total Disappointment and a let down.

The food was good but the service not so much very very very slow and our waitress even told us the kitchen caters to room service first. It took almost 30 minutes just to get beverages

Thanks again Dannell for hitting it out of the park again. The Burger Theory delivered big time.
We had the portobello mushroom burger with pure Cole slaw, and a fresh fish burger with fries.
Both were full of meaty goodness, texture, and flavors!

Burgers were pretty good, but the place was understaffed. They had one guy in there to run the bar, wait, and bus tables... pretty extreme staffing cut to sacrifice better service.

Great food at this place. Can’t wait to eat it again

A group of hungry AAU officials looking for reasonably priced yet yummy food after a day at the JuniorOlympics. We found this place and Mark took great care of us...plus he is one funny young man. A fun evening with awesome burgers and sides.
