Our first meal of 2011 was here for lunch, & truly it was our favorite Korean meal ever. The grilled meats tasted better because they use charcoal in the grill, rather than the gas grills that most places use. The seafood pancake was the most perfect version, crisp on the bottom, moist on top, not soggy, the Kimchee tofu soup was lovely, the egg dropped into the sizzling pot at our table to finish the soup's preparation. We always order Pomichim with our meats, a spicy shredded salad that adds so much flavor the the lettuce wraps, & theirs was excellent. We enjoyed the service as well, and the casual atmosphere was welcoming. U can't go wrong here! Cheers!
The food here is delicious. The prices are great for the quantity and taste. I've ordered out 3 times, each time it is great. Evrything tastes amazing. The pictures on the menu match what you get. Customer service is great. Eat here and be happy.
Typical Korean food. We had tofu soup for each of us, which was normally good. We also got the combo with pancakes, short ribs, Pan Broil Yellow Corbina Fish, and crab. The seafood pancake was fine but the portion of seafood was tiny. The short ribs tasted okay. Crab was raw but the sauce was nice and spicy, good to try.
Love love love this little restaurant, especially on a rainy day in Honolulu! Hot soondubu soup definitely hits the spot! I could also just eat their seafood pancake and be a content customer... it's THAT good!
My favorite Korean food restaurant, we come here at least once a month for dinner. Gotta go early because this place is small so it fills up fast! Their seafood pancake is tasty with a great crust. Their tofu soup is one of the best I've tasted and their meats are delicious. Only thing I don't care for here is their meat-jun. Never had issues with their service. Free parking in the back.
food was delicious and came out very quickly. the best part of this restaurant , was the service. the women working were very friendly, and took great care of us. they even came to pack up our food without us having to ask. i would definitely stop by again!
Food was great. Very friendly service. I like the corn and barley tea they serve. It is quite busy of a Friday night.
Best Korean food on the island, I had the spicy seafood stew with meat Jun combo, it’s priced very well and extremely delicious!!!

Update on June 2019
This place moved and we couldn't find the new place for few months. Once we found it I become a regular customer again. Same people, same good food, just much cleaner and nice place.
Relative to the price, the portion size is small but the taste is above average.
They will refill your banchans (side dishes) if you ask them.
Given the location and considering where this place is located, I'd come back if I am craving for a tofu soup.
I really enjoyed their tofu soup! We ordered seafood chijimi for the table and it was a hit! Definitely recommend for those not on a diet. I ordered the seafood tofu dish which surprisingly had lots of seafood in it. It was perfect for a chilly winter night.
