Straight off the bat very welcoming! The 2 ladies working that day was awesome! They made sure we were comfortable & even made room for my 5 month old grandson. The food was fantastic as my 86 year old Dad enjoyed every bite of his #101 Thank you for such an outstanding experience! We’ll definitely will be back
You guys have the best spring rolls in Hawaii!! :D
Pure delicious comfort food. Really good soup. Excellent depth of flavor. The noodles are delicious and a great thickness. The meat was tender and fresh. Ample greenery and sprouts to put in it along with two different sauces. Really suggest trying it if you're in the area.
I always get the combination pho, no tendon. The best for when you're sick (or hung over haha), or if you just want an awesome bowl of noodles. Best pho I've had in Hawaii!
I've tried pretty much pho joint in Honolulu and this is fat and above the BEST pho around, it's not even close. Get the 56a and u won't be disappointed

Excellent place!!!!!. Very tasty food if you are looking for real authentic Vietnamese.
We ate here 3 times during our 6 days vacation. Can’t get enough of this place. Definitely will visit again if we come back visiting Honolulu.
The owner is a real nice lady!
Good food, yes, with my bowl of sweet-and-sour catfish soup being filling and flavourful, though a bit too sweet for my taste. I loved the young taro stems that comprised part of the vegetable mixture. My dining companion got a beef stirfry, and enjoyed it very much.
Pleasant service, very casual atmosphere. Lots of seating.
The portion of the food was big. We ordered the pork rice and pho with rare steak and beef balls. Food came in very fresh. Although the waiting time is a bit long, the service was suprr friendly and helpful.
The prices have gone up over the years but every time we go for pho we always “super” enjoy it. I haven’t found many places that offer vegetarian broth so this is also A big plus. Love their food!!
It's been a while since I had great vietnamese food this place definitely hit the spot.
The only thing I would say is this place is a tad bit more expensive then the usual norm.
Catfish braised stew was so good literally best I've had in a while. Would 100% order again. It wasn't too salty or sweet and had a nice depth of flavor. Fish was tender also like how it should be.
Catfish Sour Soup was very good. Kind of wish it was more sour for my taste but the Pineapple added in the dish makes it a bit sweeter which is perfectly fine and still delicious.
Beef and Lemon Salad was a nice appetizer to start out with. Very refreshing and the beef wasn't overcooked and the sauce was just right.
The Durian Milkshake had real durian in it and the Pandan Drink was very good 5 stars on the drinks
Downside of these dishes
But Bo Hue just tasted like spicy noodle soup. Doesn't really have that bun Bo Hue taste if you know what I mean. Wouldn't order again.
Next the Spring Roll for $12 was not worth the price. Tasted like average spring rolls and the peanut sauce on the side was average
But I would definitely recommend the dishes I spoke well of in this review you won't be disappointed.

I was so glad to find a place with warm soup on this cool and rainy winter day. I got #58, the beef stew with french roll. It was so delicious. Huu, one of the helpers was so awesome. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their dishes. Like hotpot!
Can’t go wrong with their 7 course beef. Pho is good too! Hole in the wall. Staff will separate tables with curtains when seated next to occupied tables.
Made a stop here while on vacation because i was craving vietnamese food and gotta say the thit noung here was better than the ones i had in Cali! Must try! Great service!
If you’re trying Super Pho for the first time, you must try the oxtail soup.
Every single week, I make a plan with my boyfriend to save more $$ and eat out less, and every single week, I end up ordering this soup. I have never in my 25 years on this Earth tasted anything so delectable. When the unique combination of flavors hits your tongue, it feels like a warm hug for the soul. The meat falls off the bone with absolutely no effort. Stomach ache? Let the ginger broth take care of it. Cold day? Let the soup warm you from the inside out. Bored with the same 4 foods that you buy in bulk from Costco to fight inflation? Not a single bite of that soup will be boring.
No food will ever have more power over me than this soup.
