Papa John's Pizza

General manager is very rude! No sauce on pizza We ordered an extra large pizza with extra extra cheese, sausage, bacon, olives, bell pepper, mushrooms with bacon and pineapple on on side with a drizzle of bbq. Tell me why we didn’t even get sauce on the pizza. They put jalapeños all over the pizza which is not what we wanted and no bbq sauce. We called the Hickman AFB and spoke to the general manager and complained. She told us she watched them make the pizza so they couldn’t have done it wrong( gas light much?!). She said we needed to give it back and then do a refund but it took like an hour to get someone to pick up their phones so we at all but 2 pizzas. We told her she could come back and get the other 2 slices but the general manager said because we ate most of the pizza that she couldn’t offer a refund. Which we didn’t even want a new pizza what we wanted was some money back because this pizza was not worth 56$ and definitely we didn’t get what we ordered. We told her we would complain to higher up and she said the call will only go to India! Like I said, she’s rude! Look at this dry pizza below and tell me if this was worth 56$

Worst Papa Johns and worst customer service. Ask for any specials gave me a “so called” special and a lady walks up after me and she tells her of a better deal and told her how to get the pizza cheaper. Guess I am not part of the inner circle 😂. Definitely go somewhere else, never again. Look at this pizza burnt…. with hardly no cheese or sauce and she looked at it just boxed it up and gave it out.

Will continue to order here because it's on base, but I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 2 hours I called the manager and she tells me the driver is on the way. After another 30 minutes, I call back and the cashier tells me the order was delivered (definitely not), then a different manager tries telling me the same thing, then finally tells me the delivery driver brought the food back because either someone told them I changed it to a carryout (never did), or the system supposedly changed it to a carryout on its own. What really happened: the driver couldn't find the place and instead of calling me, cooked up a story for the manager just to get back to the store. And these are the same people that expect $15+ an hour wages

Waited in line for 10 mins while the one customer service rep saw the people in front of me in line as well as myself waiting to order. After she completed her tasks she was working on she then let us know that the system wasn’t working and we couldn’t actually order anything. She could have told us that for the 10 mins we were waiting instead of making it almost impossible to get lunch now during the lunch period allotted.

I ordered cheesy bread for my kids and when it arrived they had the wrong kind of bread sticks. They guy took our food out of a truck that wasn’t clean and when I called to complain the person on the phone acted as though they had no idea what “my order arrived and I didn’t get what I ordered meant.” Waste of $45 dollars.

Do you want your pizza in a timely fashion? Do you ant your order to be right? Do you want fresh pizza that cooked to perfection? If you answered "No." then this is your store. You will always be disappointed. You will always be waiting for your order regardless of carry out or delivery. If you like the sensation of pure underwhelming performance then you are in for a treat. But a very late and very blah treat.

If you want a good quality pizza go to the papa Johns near target 4380a Lawehana St. We used to go on base for convenience, but after accidentally ordering delivery from the one close to target we realized this place is horrible. We almost always buy the same pizza with the same 7-8 toppings. Light cheese looks like regular, and the amount of toppings they add is just ridiculous for a pizza valued at around $35. If you order the same one it well always look and taste different. Waiting time can be between 35-40min. The pizzas we have ordered have always been dry looking and slightly warm. I did the mistake of going there again because I was already on base, and it was convenient but after a slice I felt I had enough of mostly cheese and bread. I Don’t recommend this Papa Johns
