I loved my time there and the food was good! You are LITERALLY right on the beach and the view is spectacular! You can’t find something like this anywhere else!

Coconut shrimp are crispy, and local drinks were good. Coleslaw was refreshing.We loved the atmosphere on the beach. He had good service as well. I would suggest walking to the lagoon and leaning back on a palm tree while watching the water. I would come again if I lived closer.

Great food truck, got the fish and chips it was really good. Didn't have to wait long. Only thing was no seating to sit down so we just ate it on the beach. Great spot!

We bought surf and turf and loved it. The teriyaki beef was slightly seared and crispy on the edges with excellent seasoning. The garlic shrimps were tender and juicy, not overly coated with excellent flavor. Tails were on. Heads were off. The super thin French fries were delightful - crispy and not overly powering for the meal - were both enjoyed these a lot and wish more French fries were like this. The Cole slaw was perfect tart/sweet and added nicely to the lunch. We ate right there, watching surfers, swimmers and the locals hanging in there parking lot.
We have walked by here during many trips, but in the future, we will stop and order the yummy food!

Perfect locations and delicious coconut shrimp!
The shack is right as you enter the beach area. The staff are courteous and quick to make the food, we waited 10 min for 4 big meals. We got some chairs and umbrellas and ate on the beach. The fisherman's platter was enough to share between 2 people.

Had the surf and turf (shrimp & teriyaki steak bites) with fries & cole slaw and it was so yummy!! Staff was friendly too. We went to the other famous shrimp truck on the north shore and Gilligan’s was FAR superior!!

I had the mahi and shrimp. So good. Come to the beach somewhere here and then walk over to the truck for a delicious lunch. The coleslaw was fresh and delicious. I loved their lemony dressing. The fries are shoestring style and just so crunchy and good. The shrimp was loaded with garlic butter and was so good i ate it too fast.

Sooooo goooood ! I got the coconut shrimp w/ fries. I was a little skeptical about possibly being treated rudely due to some of the past reviews but it was quite the opposite.
Very friendly guy, food was fresh, and fast. 10/10

Gilligan's Beach ⛱️ Shack!! Must visit when you're in the Hilton Honolulu area. The Garlic Shrimp or the Fishman's platter are delicious.

First Time at this spot. I would recommend this spot to anybody who love seafood. You can enjoy the beach as well. There is a huge parking lot to park your vehicle. Cash Only. Shrimp and steak was amazing plus the Fries
