Once you walk in, Auntie behind the counter greets you with a warm aloha and makes you feel comfortable. Then you smell the pizza cooking in the back...delicious. Get your order, don't forget the spicy buffalo wings (boneless), they're awesome. We frequent this store because of the customer service and quality pizza hut food. Mahalo Auntie!!

Overall a good place to get delivery, but I have one complaint. When I try to order with the Android Pizza Hut app, it just says the store is closed and asks if I want to schedule a delivery for a later date.
What's the deal, Pizza Hut? You guys don't take mobile orders or is the app just pulling the hours wrongs for this location? It works for other locations.

When I placed my order the estimate was 65 minutes, this was during the AFC championship and understandable. Once the order was received by this Pizza Hut, the estimate was changed to 2 hours and 15 minutes. I immediately called to clarify if this was correct, but was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Once I was speaking with a representative, I was told the estimate was incorrect, it was actually 2 hours and 30 minutes before I would receive my pizza. I cancelled the order and placed it with Papa Johns, where my pizza was delivered in 20 minutes. How can it take 2 hours and 30 minutes for a pizza delivery. Either this location is greatly under staffed or there is something completely wrong.

Dude, it's Pizza hut, it's all good man. Not the best pizza but not the worst either. You know what you're gonna get. Nice staff, they work fast.

There are some issues with staffs adittudes. Pizza is O.K. if these where made on the mainland, then corperate would have complaits sky high. So many of the meats are skippy the pepperoni is almost see through it is sliced so thin. Its a shame, but I guess we would have to wait and see what happens.

I didn't get names but the order taker/cashier and two other employees were absolutely perfect, extremely helpful and nice. The food was excellent but even if it was not, it would have been a great experience for me. It is the way service should be , just wonderful.

ordered multiple times here thinking maybe the pizza just wasn't good this one time and it's a disappointment every time. tastes bad and looks bad. pasta is good tho
