Ihop

Initially ordered strawberry crepes, but they were disappointing – soggy and lacking crunch. The lava flow smoothie was okay but a bit too sweet. However, the customer service was excellent. Update: A recent visit to IHOP, served by waitress Samantha, changed my perception entirely. She was exceptional, caring, and went above and beyond. She recommended a Creamy Coffee, which I loved, and I also ordered a steak omelette with pancakes. Completely satisfied with the food, the drink, and Samantha's awesome service. Changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars.

The food was ok. I did order a sandwich so that's probably my fault. Lol. But everything else from the drinks to the service and even the space was really nice. I didn't get the name of our server but she was really sweet. We got free pancakes because we got our food late but the wait wasn't actually that bad. Great place to grab a quick bite before takeoff 🛫✈️

As we pulled in the lot, we thought we'd have to wait for a table. Surprise, this place had more than enough seats. The staff was friendly and seated us immediately. The food was good, hot, and plentiful. The coffee never stopped. They allowed us to sit for some time after eating, as our flight not due for several more hours.

Ihop does not take reservations. They said "just walk in" when we called. So 9 of us "walked in" and to my amazement we were seated in 5-10 minutes! The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and patient as 4 of the people in our party had never been there before. The food was great and priced comparable to other similar restaurants in the area. Free parking and clean facilities made the experience even better.

The server got us in right away on a table for six. Great options! The children were delighted with the pancakes crowned with whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles on them. The menu for my selection said one egg but they gave me two, the toast was just right, not burnt. The strawberry banana pancakes were yummy. The bacon burger looked just like the picture of it. Generous portions. Outstanding for family dining! Recommend highly!

Food is mediocre. Pancakes always come out falling apart like they didn't use enough batter. Prices went up big time for the small plates you get. It's so busy that the server doesn't really come around to ask you if you need anything. Very sad but they know they are the only place that serves breakfast. UPDATE:: ok, we tried this again, and i now need to update you all. This place has hired 9 new people and the staff are on it. Food was better than the last time I wrote this. Pua, our server was on it more than ever. She checked on us numerous times and made us feel good about our dine in experience. She was tentative and also spoke to the manager, who is great. I never had the issue with the management it was when she is not there it goes downhill. New cooks, so the food was way better than prior experiences. Pancakes were cooked to lerfection NO SOGGY in the middle. I ordered the breakfast sampler which i substituted the ham for more bacon and it was great. So far until they get the workers out of training this location is open on friday,saturdays til 12am only then they are looking at extending hours to 24 hrs.
