Initially ordered strawberry crepes, but they were disappointing – soggy and lacking crunch. The lava flow smoothie was okay but a bit too sweet. However, the customer service was excellent.
Update:
A recent visit to IHOP, served by waitress Samantha, changed my perception entirely. She was exceptional, caring, and went above and beyond. She recommended a Creamy Coffee, which I loved, and I also ordered a steak omelette with pancakes. Completely satisfied with the food, the drink, and Samantha's awesome service. Changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars.
Ihop does not take reservations. They said "just walk in" when we called. So 9 of us "walked in" and to my amazement we were seated in 5-10 minutes! The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and patient as 4 of the people in our party had never been there before. The food was great and priced comparable to other similar restaurants in the area. Free parking and clean facilities made the experience even better.
Everything we got was tasty, great service as well. Sirloin tips are a fave, always flavorful and juicy.

Great breakfast!!! I'm loving the pecan maple syrup!!! I had the split decision plate... comes with 2 pancakes and 1 huge french toast, 2 eggs and bacon. OMG so delicious!!! My sister got the loco moco. Couldn't believe we ate it all! Friendly staff too! Loved the positive quotes on the walls !
Everything was nice, the food the girl service etc the only thing that surprised me is the girl just yell from one place to another. I was coming in and the girl yell how many I was just kinda confused. But then I noticed they all do it. When costumers come in from across the restaurant. Maybe that's how they do it here. Food is mediocre. Pancakes always come out falling apart like they didn't use enough batter. Prices went up big time for the small plates you get. It's so busy that the server doesn't really come around to ask you if you need anything. Very sad but they know they are the only place that serves breakfast. UPDATE:: ok, we tried this again, and i now need to update you all. This place has hired 9 new people and the staff are on it. Food was better than the last time I wrote this. Pua, our server was on it more than ever. She checked on us numerous times and made us feel good about our dine in experience. She was tentative and also spoke to the manager, who is great. I never had the issue with the management it was when she is not there it goes downhill. New cooks, so the food was way better than prior experiences. Pancakes were cooked to lerfection NO SOGGY in the middle. I ordered the breakfast sampler which i substituted the ham for more bacon and it was great. So far until they get the workers out of training this location is open on friday,saturdays til 12am only then they are looking at extending hours to 24 hrs.
Amazing Service and awesome Food, but a bit pricey!
Fairly quick service; they accidentally put ham instead of bacon on my eggs Benedict but replaced it without question within 3 minutes so points for that! Especially since they were extremely busy that day (Veterans Day). Server was nice.
As we pulled in the lot, we thought we'd have to wait for a table. Surprise, this place had more than enough seats.
The staff was friendly and seated us immediately.
The food was good, hot, and plentiful. The coffee never stopped.
They allowed us to sit for some time after eating, as our flight not due for several more hours.
We had dropped in for a late night snack. Food was good. Service was excellent. Our server Brandy, was all alone handling the whole restaurant by herself. And she did a fabulous job. Will definitely visit again. IHOP!!!
